And even worse is that they denigrate his ability to garner support from some of the most disenfranchized people in this nation, as if it is some sort of defect.

The writer of a recent article on msn.com believes he is exposing some dirt on Dr. Paul because a Super PAC supporting him is run by a man, Gary Franchi, who -- through honorable and non-violent means -- is pushing for more transparency in government. And questions the official government accounts of the events of 9/11.

Super PAC supporting Ron Paul run by 9/11 'truther'.

Maybe MSN should do some reading, and investigate George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and whole host of famous and historic statesmen who were most noted for their mistrust of the government.

The fact is that Ron Paul is such an honorable and incorruptible congressman that he is almost single-handedly winning back the hearts and minds of a national majority that has become completely disgusted with the government in this nation.

His unflappable courage, and Constitutional values are part and parcel of an egalitarian spirit that this nation has been hungering for, for over four decades.

Not since John F. Kennedy has a presidential contender instilled such faith and confidence in this nation's people. Regardless of the fact that his presence in this election is so often marginalized and literally blacked out by the main stream press.

The basic fact of the matter is that the old, dusty, corrupt establishment in America is the only demographic that does not willingly tout Dr. Pauls efforts and accomplishments.

That he is able to rally people to the ticket, whom are so suspicious of this government's actions that they are calling for a new and impartial investigation into the events of September 11, 2001, is merely evidence that he is literally the best candidate in the Republican race. And would likely be the only one guaranteed to win back the executive office from the inept and idiotically idealistic Democrats who are currently destroying its economic status in the world.

Furthermore, according to the 3rd quarter U.S. Government's Federal Election Commission tablature, active military veterans have donated 5 times more money -- in small donations -- to Ron Paul's campaign than to all of the other Republican candidates combined. Check out the facts in this video

These men have been there, and if they are supporting Ron Paul, and overwhelmingly choosing him for their Commander in Chief, the rest of the nation should take the time to truly understand just why. And how important of a gesture this truly is.

However, it is not only the United States Military's backbone that is supporting Ron Paul.

His policies would run so contrary to the current tax and spend, wealth redistribution and job killing, cut purse administration, while at the same time opening doors for more prosperity, increased fiscal responsibility and government accountability that nearly every political persuasion in this nation would rally around him like a rock star; with a willingness to roll their sleeves up, and put this nation back into the #1 global position it has so long been squandering with its nation building, manipulated markets, out-sourcing to foreign contries, indefensible interventionism, emaciating trade policies, Wall Street welfare rolls, and social pandering to special interest groups at the expense of the majority of this nation's citizens' sovereign rights.

I, for one, am thoroghly impressed that Gary Franchi, Alex Jones, and the 911 Truthers are fully supporting any candidate. And am more than proud that they are wise enough to back such a respectable and successful congressman such as Ron Paul.

My question to the editors and owners at MSN is: what are you boys afraid of? Truth? Freedom? Hard work? Accountability?

No need to pick one. Just raise your hand and nod. We get the picture!

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/11/chelsea-handler-ironically-not-a-good-mother.html"><rss:title>Chelsea Handler Ironically "Not a Good Mother"</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/11/chelsea-handler-ironically-not-a-good-mother.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>16 abortion adoption arts and entertainment birth control celebrities chelsea children's rights family values handler not a good mother pregnant procreation proud rosie odonnell show subhuman</dc:subject>

According to an article appearing on the MSN website, Chelsea Handler, an actress -- and apparent sub-human -- appears to be proud of allowing herself to become pregnant at 16 years old, and then deciding it conscionable to -- in an effort to "create a life for herself" -- vacuum-out the one growing inside of her.

Even more unfortunate is that Handler believes that merely mouthing the words "I wouldn't be a good mother" justifies her having an abortion; in complete denial of her duty as a woman, to act sexually responsible and -- optimally, through abstinence -- prevent the pregnancy in the first place.

How ironic that she finds it necessary to verbally expose her lack of parental ability, as if it weren't obvious enough by the fact that she killed a baby. And I say "a" baby because the very real truth of the matter is that it was not "her" baby in the literal sense. No child is the unequivocal "property" of a parent, regardless of who happens to have birthed the child.

A baby, regardless of the stage of gestation in which it exists within the womb, is a life of its own -- with rights of its own. And just like no man has the right to enslave a man -- thus prohibiting ownership of another -- no mother or father has the right to behave in a like manner concerning any child.

Children are the primary resources of humanity, and thus all of humanity has the right to demand that they be treated with dignity, respect and honor. And that they be protected from anyone who would seek to harm them in any way whatsoever.

Therefore, once a woman becomes pregnant of her own volition, she loses her right to proclaim her body as merely her own. She has at such point -- again of her own volition -- become a responsible guarantor of the posterity of this species, thus accountable to, and for, the child growing inside of her. And must then take great care to honor herself, her species and her contribution to society, by carrying the child to term, and either nuturing and protecting the child and its inalienable rights, throughout its life, or relinquish responsibility for the child, to somebody who will.

Outside of the parameters of mitigating factors such as rape, incest, harm to mother or fetus, abortion is an irresponsible and irregular form of remuneration that should never have been allowed to become the detestible default mechanism of elimination it has become.

Furthermore, if for any reason a woman simply believes that she "would not be a good mother", then she has only two honorable choices: either, take care to not get pregnant in the first place. Or, if she has become pregnant through her irresponsible actions, then give the baby up for adoption to one of the millions of wonderful women who -- aside from the fact that they cannot conceive -- are, or would be, good mothers.

Handler is also quoted as saying -- on the oft-obtuse Rosie O'Donnell show (yuck) -- "You should do whatever you want to do with your body, and you shouldn't let anyone tell you what to do." Which is a bit quarrelsome in light of the fact that Handler claims that although she believed she was "was ready for a baby", her parents had different plans for her. Going on to say that her parents advised her that she was "throwing her life away...and should not be raising a child, and we're not going to raise it for you."

However, it is even more unfitting a statement, since it appears that what Chelsea wants to do with her body, is use it as a baby killing machine. And thus, if that is what she "wants to do with (her) body" maybe she should get spayed like an animal. Just sayin'.

Handler's comments are tantamount to slipping a knife into the back of humanity, opening a wound likened to the lid of a pandora's box, breeching to a realm of exclusionary mania that inspired people to create organizations that -- in the not-too-distant past -- employed her views as reason enough to sterilize women without their consent. Since people such as Handler -- who demand that women can do whatever they want to do with their body -- are almost invariably those women whom choose to behave irresponsibly, and then have abortions.

Handler's views expose a human dereliction that some cite as indemnification for the depraved methods of extremists whom strongly feel that women such as Handler are despicable filth who should -- by force -- be rendered incapable of procreating in the first place.

Truly, it is rare to find a reasonable and honorable woman proclaiming that she has the right to do "whatever" she wants to do with her body. Real women are sensibly concerned for their contribution to society, and thus refuse to manipulate and disgrace their gestative abilities. But on the contrary take great strides to protect and defend them.

Women who logically respect and revere the act of procreation, know their body to be a critical and indespensible element in nurturing the spark of life. And are more than happy to simply deprive themselves of a little personal gratification, rather than ever risk injuring or disracing their feminine gift with acts meant to circumvent, debase or destroy it.

Regardless of the cascading, multilateral morbidities of this subject matter, the unwavering truth is that this world will never know just who it was that Handler murdered so long ago. Maybe it would have been one of the greatest authors, doctors, or even United States Presidents who ever lived.

This world can certainly sleep better every night for the fact that Ron Paul, one of the greatest statesmen, and unflappable and incorruptible congressmen to have ever lived, was not left to die in the likes of a Chelsea Handler womb.

Thankfully Dr. Paul's father was wise enough to select a much more suitable host for his amazing and courageous son.

To be very, very clear on the matter. this author, himself, is the product of one of the most despicable and hatefully abusive female birth parents to have ever lived -- guaranteed. And in more than 35 years, has not yet met a person who can stand to even listen to the horrific things she did to her child.

However, I have always lived courageously, and honorably, as my father did during his very short life. And though it has cost me decades of excruciating pain and loathing, and buckets of blood, sweat and tears to finally disabuse myself, and my mind, of her brutality, lies and treachery, simply to reach the true beginning of the life that this woman attempted to rob me of -- doing her damedest to destroy me for her hatred of my father's noble spirit, and honorable proclivities which lived through me -- I will never regret having been born merely because it was to a female who was, much, much less than simply "not a good mother."

Furthermore, I will always know -- as I have come to discover from my father's works that were published shortly before his death -- that not one molecule in me is a reflection of the female that hosted me, as I am almost an exact replica of my father -- both inside and out.

What is sad is that birth control -- whether it be prior to sex, or after -- is a complacent and nearsighted effort of detestible affairs that has become an alternative to natural human compunction, enabling an entire American society to behave depraved and irresponsible. To the extent that now condoms are primarily used simply to protect a person from contracting a deadly disease from what has become a dangerous act, because sexual intercourse, and the disgusting act of fellatio, are being engaged-in less discriminately than handshaking, and at more than twice the rate.

Not remarkably, birth control in the form of a condom has become the indespensible tool of prostitutes.

Even more alarming is that now -- alleged -- learning instiutions are teaching the same irresponsible mentality. Such as at Shippenburg University, in Pennsylvania, where students can buy -- for $25 -- the "morning after pill" directly from vending machines. A birth control method that claims to safely circumvent gestation at its very core by somehow ripping a fertilized egg from the wall of the uterus.

This author hopes to never have the misfortune of beginning a relationship with a woman who has ever taken one of these pills. No son or daughter should ever by required to start their life in such an environment.

How trite, and certainly disgusting, that Chelsea Handler has exploited her status as a media figure in order to sanctimoniously proclaim herself the veritable poster woman for what has predictably devolved into a veritable streetwalker mentality of filthy fornication and pole dancing depravity.

What more can humanity now do, than try to somehow look on the gut-wrenching, darkly-glittery side of this person, and thank this species' collective lucky stars that Handler appears to have pubicly proclaimed to all that she will never again do this world the disservice of engaging in procreation?

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/10/destroying-america-with-the-big-three.html"><rss:title>Destroying America With the Big Three</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/10/destroying-america-with-the-big-three.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>agriculture air big three competition consumerism consumers destroying america economy food food free markets greed markets markets money profit quality supply and demand supply and demand water</dc:subject>

It is truly remarkable how the business of providing the three basic things that support human life -- food, water and air -- has become a degrading structure of neglect and abuse that invariably denies people access to their human needs rather than provide them.

The food industry in America is specifically designed to hoard, lock up, hide, and refuse people access to critical nutrition. And the millions of supermarkets in the nation daily support this emaciating heirarchy by tailoring their stores to meet the desires of the human meat grinder that provides the resources, rather than the needs of the consumers who fill all of the deep pockets of these inhumane money mavens, with greedy profits.

This is why, so often, the vast majority of food, water and air that consumers are offered is either toxic, tainted with preservatives, stale, overprocessed, past its due date, wilted, rotten, sprayed with chemicals, barely breathable, undrinkable, or purely inedible.

As for this nation's daily ration of calories, it requires a great deal of effort to store food with the specific intent of denying people the ability to eat it until they can bring enough cash to a building where those who are hoarding it are demanding support for their exploitive efforts.

And if, for any reason, the average market's stock of perishable items exceed their expiration date, they are either donated to a food bank so that the less fortunate can be tainted by them, or simply discarded in the name of profit. And it is this waste that contributes to the devaluation of the market, while increasing the cost of products being sold.

Even worse are the retailers who simply exchange the expired sticker with a new sticker, and then put it back on the shelf. Or purveyors who reclaim their stale stock, reprocess it, and add it to new stock.

Food is not something that should ever be sold for profit, anywhere in this world. The fact that it is, is what guarantees that so much of it is unhealthy.

Furthermore, the fact that so many people intend to create profit by providing food is what draws the criminal elements to it like swine to the slop. And the many bureaucratic beasts and insects devouring and infecting this nations agricultural industry with political shenanigans are what has forced the industry into irresponsible methods of cultivation such as poisonous fertilizers, dangerous pesticides, genetic modification and irresponsible fuel production.

To create a mechanism of denial with the express intent of generating profit from the production and delivery of the three critical elements that the human body requires to survive -- food, water and air -- is entirely criminal in its literal sense. And literally guarantees that the quality of each will always be substandard.

Fortunately, at this time, air has not become a traditional market product. However, it is certainly being sold by the government, in that nearly all politicians are profiting from the restrictions that are so often neglected and circumvented by the many corporations which demand to be allowed to poison it on a daily basis.

Moreover, the deceptive Global Warming scare has placed one more plank in the manifesto that these rat finks are drafting as a means to eventually charge people money simply to breathe.

Any reasonable system can only be designed to simply support those people -- and their way of life -- that may wish to provide citizens with nutrition. For truly, it is rare to find a farmer who is seeking to become filthy rich.

Those who love to toil in the land are generally some of the most upstanding, faithful and hardworking people on the planet. And typically are satisfied with a modest and honorable station.

Unfortunately, they are also a demographic which is, far too often, a primary target of the depraved establishment.

Furthermore, the fact is that air and water are natural resources that no human is ever allowed to own outright. Because, they are not only critical to human survival, they require no intervention by any human in order for them to exist. And no person, business, corporation or government has the right to ever poison them in any way whatsoever. To do so is a clear violation of the United States Constitution, as well as a crime against humanity.

For those in business who would cry foul, this is not some idealistic, ranting shot over the bow of the ship of Capitalism. Because, it is Capitalism that would secure free markets and ensure high quality, fresh food and water were always pelntiful. It is a detour from Capitalist values that promotes incessant violation by miscreants who are manipulating, circumventing and adulterating the natural flow of supply and demand.

These criminals do not want to play by the rules of nature which preserve a Capatilist structure, wherein it only allows a person, or persons, to acquire moderate gains from providing any service or product. Simply due to the fact that, to do so requires a great deal of effort to respectfully preserve both the supply and the demand.

It is quite literally the criminality of the United States Government which provides for the filthy hands of mere profiteers in this nation a complex, and myopic, production and delivery system to strangle and grope at will. Raping the strip-mined landscape of this nation's main street with back room deals and exclusionary tactics aimed at incestuously porkbarreling every last molecule of actual competition. Spawning deformed and deranged legislation to rule and raise the monopolies they create.

The problem in America is not that the rich keep getting richer and the poor getting poorer. It is that the majority of the rich are criminals who are never satisfied. It is always about what new loop-hole they can fornicate in. And the government is typically all-too-willing to oblige them. Of course, as long as their palms are greased as some despicable, flaccid-hearted prick passes though.

Mountains upon mountains of cash are never enough for them. They are dysfunctional and decrepit in their ideals and their intentions. Constantly in search of another fix to satisfy their depraved habits. And this nation's government loves to coddle and cultivate them for the express intent of gaining, retaining and increasing their grip on the unmanageable force that is the object of worshipped and obsession for every politician..."Power."

Generally because the vast majority of politicians are also dysfunctional and decrepit in their ideals and intentions. And the devolving structure of this nation's democratically elected governance was long ago destabilized to the point that the political machine grew to reject and marginalize anyone who may actually seek public office with the intention of honoring their oath to uphold, protect and defend the United States Constitution.

This is a Constitutional Republic. It is not a Democracy. Merely democratic in its various ideals.

This nation is governed by the law. And that law is never allowed to become anything more than the reflection of the "truths we find (know) to be self evident".

Furthermore, the very real truth is that this nation is becoming a cesspool of criminals. Because there are a dearth of true Americans now cultivating its soil. Either figuratively, or literally.

This has become a nation of "groups", all fighting for supremacy. Loath of their Constitutional duties. In denial of their substandard contribution to this nation...as they demand to br protected by that which they daily attack and destroy.

This nation, on a grand scale, has lost all respect for itself. Worshipping shadows and shame. Claiming freedom allows people to comandeer street corners, cathedrals, television screens and companies, threatening the entire world with damnation and hell after death if it does not believe as they do.

Why? Because the majority seeks the grave in posthumus praise for their escape to the netherworlds of fantasy. Denying themselves and everyone around them as they seek to destroy and degrade the three basic elements that sustain all life on this planet; food, air and water.

And instead fall prostrate in supplicance to violent and brutal variations of another trio; that of the "father, son and holy ghost".

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/8/shippenburg-university-promoting-promiscuity.html"><rss:title>Shippenburg University Promoting Promiscuity</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/8/shippenburg-university-promoting-promiscuity.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>abortion birth control birth control contraceptive contraceptive health morning after pill promiscuity promoting sex shippenburg university vending women women's health</dc:subject>

It appears that at Shippenburg University -- an alleged educational institution in Pennsylvania -- students can buy the "morning-after pill" directly from vending machines, thereby circumventing one of the few remaining vestiges of actual human compunction -- embarassment at being discovered to be a promiscuous degenerate.

Now, those students who would normally have balked at irresponsible and indiscriminate sexual behavior, only because they would be required to purchase the "Plan B" contraceptive from an actual person, will certainly be inclined to engage in increased drunken, casual -- and more than likely unsafe -- intercourse. Not to mention the fact that the "multiple partner" scenario will gain a higher proclivity among both genders, further increasing the risk of sexually transmitted diseases.

Not to be out-done is the subject of callous disregard for respectable gender relations, and the fact that this "vending vascilation" will certainly pave the way for decreased accountability among the male adolescents. Which is a dangerous trend for any co-ed group where age typically affects the risk of rape or incest.

This un-monitored, and highly irregular, dispensing of what is likely a rather dangerous pharmaceutical also accelerates an already obfuscated methodology which puts underage, and/or abused and neglected females at risk since their are no professional evaluations for possible health complications due to genetic or environmental factors, or even unknown drug interactions. Not to mention the possibility of excessive use which may cause girls to unwittingly injure themselves.

Regardless of the fact that this pill is offered as an over-the-counter remedy, it is nonetheless a toxic drug that is administered systemically with the specific intent of destroying the initial stage of a growing fetus. And therefore, it cannot be used safely in its entirety, or responsibly administered by the average lay-person.

But, of course, there are plenty of disinformation junkies who appear to enjoy unwittingly gargling the scrotum of the big pharma mouthpieces who tout these drugs as "safe", regardless of the fact that these alleged "experts" are well aware that no pill is safe, and primarily because they still do not know exactly what they do.

Not even aspirin can be conclusively specified as to its exact interactions, or diffusion within the central nervous system. It can only be generally indicated according to its marked affect on the human body's sensory perception; whether mental or physical.

Therefore, any person who ingests any pill is merely a guinea pig, and thus at risk for any number of debilitating effects that are determined by nearly infinitessimal factors, ranging from genetic disposition and history, to dietary inclinations and tolerances. And these factors are further affected by dosage, age, environment, and length of time using the drug.

Furthermore, many of the negative effects caused by pills are simply obscured by common ailments that are either pre-extisting, or generally accepted as effects caused by other consumables.

However, the majority of the debilitating effects of pharmaceuticals are simply considered to be benign or negligible, but -- almost invariably -- will become eventually life threatening if used habitually.

Maybe it's time to ask the girls in upstate New York, who are suffering from the unexplained illness which causes Tourettes like symptons, if their commonality is that they have all, at some point, taken the "morning after pill"; believing it to be a safe and discreet method of birth control.

Possibly, they are all unaware that such information could be vital in finding the cause, and reversing the effects.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/8/the-prop-8-debate-is-for-we-the-people-to-decide.html"><rss:title>The Prop 8 Debate is for 'We The People' to Decide</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/2/8/the-prop-8-debate-is-for-we-the-people-to-decide.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>9th circuit court Obama civil rights constitution courts crack cocaine family values gay rights homosexuals obama proposition 8 same sex marriage same sex marriage supreme court vaughn walker we the people</dc:subject>

In California's 'Same-Sex Marriage' debate the levels of bias and political shenanigans appear to be creeping from the shadows like pedophiles lurking in, and around, the public toilets of city parks. And the Unconstitutional -- and thus illegal -- actions of Court Magistrates, whom have declared themselves veritable dictatorial rulers over an entire state, now draw into question the possible influence of an administration governed by a chief executive officer who, himself, has been proven to be a sexual deviant.

To deviate (pun intended) from the primary subject-at-hand for a moment. The fact is that Barack Obama has been a long time, card-holding member of an upper-scale, gay men's bath house in Chicago named "Man Country". And was closely associated with several homosexual choir boys at Jeremiah Wright's controversial church, which Obama faithfully attended for over 20 years; allegedly involved in casual sexual encounters with all of them.

Furthermore, much of the details in this very delicate matter are unknown to the general public due to the fact that two of the men, Nate Spencer and Donald Young, were murdered execution style in November of 2007 as the 2008 presidential race was beginning to heat-up. And allegedly the third person of interest, Larry Bland, died of health issues brought on by HIV AIDS.

Not only is there credible testimony coming from a man named Larry Sinclaire, who claims to have been involved in a sexual encounter with Barack Obama in a limousine outside of a prominant club in Chicago in 1999, where they smoked cocaine together, and then again at his hotel in Gurney two days later. There are also police reports and hushed-up articles which shed light on Obama's criminal exploits and Crack cocaine use during periods when he was an Illinois Senator involved in passing laws specifically targeting -- and labeling -- drug users as outlaws.

So, now that a small number of the POTUS conflicts of interest have been addressed, amid the obvious implications that a significant number of the people closely tied to Obama must also be considered compromised, it is time to return to the primary matter of alleged United States Justices exibiting like behavior.

One rather odius twist in the Gay Marriage debate -- which came as a complet shock to this author -- is that the ruling handed down in the first case, which, in 2010, initially declared Propostion 8 to be Unconstitutional, was nothing more than personal opinions drafted by a severely biased judge, former Chief U.S. Judge Vaughn Walker, who was not legally qualified to rule on the matter since he is a homosexual who has been in a relationship with another man for many years.

However, even setting this delicate subject of conflicting interests aside, the fact is that the United States Constitution does not allow any single person to rule on such a matter. Nor does it recognize the decision of even a three member, State appointed, faculty such as that from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals which, Tuesday, concluded that the "lower court judge correctly interpreted the U.S. Constitution and Supreme Court precedents when he declared in 2010 that Proposition 8 was a violation of the civil rights of gays and lesbians".

Moreover, for this latest three member body to have somehow found it logical to assume, without any conclusive evidence whatsoever, that Vaughn was not in any way biased by his affiliation with the moving party in this matter when handing down his ruling, they have quite literally exhumed Adolf Hitler, and pronounced him supremely qualified to solely adjudicate a litigation between Jews and Mussolini.

Any magistrate worth his weight in peanut butter would have honorably recused himself simply due to the inherent conflicts of interest Mr. Vaughn was most certainly presented with.

Furthermore, a real man worth his weight in gold would have admitted that it is likely that no individual could ever truly trust their self to equally regard both parties, and the many interests of all concerned -- including those who are, or will ever, be affected, by the verdict -- when charged with ruling on such a delicate and contoversial state of human affairs.

The unequivocal truth which supersedes all powers granted any referee appointed to oversee such social conflict is that this populist debate is entirely confined to members of this nation's most sovereign group: "We The People". And there is not any city, county, state or federal official, or membership of officials, whom has, or has ever, been granted the power to rule over any sovereign, or group of sovereigns, in this nation.

An MSN artilce states that the Constitution permits communities to enact laws they feel to be imperative, but requires that there be at least a legitimate reason for the passage of a law which treats different classes of people differently.

However, homosexuals -- a group which itself actually varies widely in "classes" of people -- are not being treated any differently than anyone else simply because they may be refused official approval through the prohibition of a marriage certificate which would essentially require that society illogically ignore the fact that same-sex unions are basically unnatural.

Moreover, the courts do not appear to believe there is any legitimate reason to secure, defend or even attempt to, in any way, preserve the sanctity of one of the most important institutions governing relations between a man and woman in any society. The institution of marriage. As if it is the Court's right or responsibility to make such a determination.

Marriage has long been restricted to unions between "one man and one woman". Proposition 8 was not actually anything new. It was enacted for a very clear reason, and that reason was to protect such a provision from the encroaching destruction of society by the Supreme Court's decision to legalize same-sex marriage by striking down a pair of laws, and shamelessly denying the efforts of this nation to secure its position as a morally sound preserver of human equity.

The Supreme Court's actions have now opened the door to any number of aberrant unions being officially recognized as legitimate. What's next, polygamy? Beastiality? Maybe even marrying children and babies?

As sick as this sounds, it is remarkably not much of a surprise. Since the Supreme Court's action occured in November of 2008, as Barack Obama, one of the most depraved and criminal presidents in American history, was gearing-up to take control of the Oval Office.

This nation is once again under attack by corrosive elements which, as usual, appear to be employing a "divide and conquer" strategy that could introduce mechanisms capable of bringing the United States to a quick and bitter end.

There is much evidence to show that a society which reaches a point where the majority of its people are homosexuals, begins a rapid decline on many levels.

The current debate is not as much a Constitutional conflict, as much as it is a battle for survival.

The fact is that homosexuals are not in any way being denied their basic human rights simply because a majority of citizens logically desire to prohibit actions which debase the institution of marriage.

Therefore, this matter is entirely reserved to a majority decision, arrived at by a secure count of a properly announced, and attended, ballot measure; be it a proposition, or referendum. And no State representative has the authority to overrule any such majority decision.

The people of this nation cannot be forced by the Court to support anyones behaviors. Whether it be someone's choice to believe in an intelligent supreme being, have sex with a person of their own gender, eat meat, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, be a vegetarian, whatever. Nor can anyone be forced by the Court to oppose anyone's decision to engage in actions, providing they are compliant with basic common law.

However, the United States Constitution most certainly protects everyone's right to choose for themselves whether or not it is in their best interests to support or oppose the choices of others. The only requirement is that no person can ever be denied thier inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness simply because their lawful choices may confict with another's.

For instance, a homosexual cannot be placed at risk of attack by those who oppose them. As long as they are law abiding in their actions, then they can live where they want, eat where they want, shop where they want, play where they want, and even engage in non-obscene affection for each other wherever they want. And do so without fear of reprisal or criminal discrimination against them.

This nation's founding documents do not, however, grant homosexuals the right to infringe upon the "truths we find to be self evident." And thus, if a majority finds that this species' proper progress and survival is best protected by confining the official recognition and definition of "marriage" to that of a sacred bond between "one man and one woman" only, then this recognition is unequivocally protected under the auspices of the United States Constitution.

The only Constitutionality affecting this current debate is the fact that said Constitution prohibits any State official from doing anything more than ensuring that the matter does not devolve into an aggressive or criminal representation of one group or individual over and above any other. Or produce, support or promote actions which can be conclusively shown to infringe upon the inalienable rights of all people.

Furthermore, even the lopsided, misrepresentation of the vote that passed Proposition 8 in the first place was undeniably designed to sway the majority in favor of Same Sex Marriage. Since there is almost no doubt that nearly every homosexual in California showed up to cast their ballots in opposition to the proposition, while a great many heterosexuals were unaware that the matter was even being put to a populist vote.

However, the propostion still passed with a 52% majority. And regardless of any insinuation, or even outright proof, that various religious groups showed up in force to vote against Same-Sex Marriage, this only proves that a vast number of the citizens in California do not realize that this matter has a great deal of affect on their daily lives. And if given the opportunity to attend publicly televised debates on the ramifications of a measure which requires all citizens to openly support unabashed homosexual behavior -- including pronouncing them somehow qualified to procure primary status within American society, adopting children and demanding Unconstitutional rights -- they may very well find it in their best interests to vote against it.

Simply the fact that, in the past, many homosexuals were often denied basic human rights by various radical groups, religous zealots, law enforcement, and political organizations does not now somehow grant anyone the authority to create special rights for them as some form of remuneration or another.

Homosexuals have always been protected by the law, regardless that these protections were sometimes ignored or denied them. And the truth is that there are many people in American society -- most of them individuals of no specific group -- who are routinely abused, and denied their basic human rights by various law enforcement organizations and government agencies. Be they black, white, asian, hispanic, middle eastern, gay, straight, religious, athiest, or whatever.

The primary dysfunction is the denial of the individual in this nation. And this denial places all Americans at risk of becoming the next victim of a government, quite obviously, out of control.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/26/protagonist-opinions-silencing-facts-victims-of-male-homosex.html"><rss:title>Protagonist Opinions Silencing Facts, Victims of Male Homosexuality</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/26/protagonist-opinions-silencing-facts-victims-of-male-homosex.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>adolescrents adoption america children children's rights gay rights informed consent male homosexuality opinions perversion playing house protagonist ron paul same sex marriage same sex marriage victims</dc:subject>

The problem with the subject of male homosexuality within contemporary American society is that everbody but Elvis appears to have an opinion as to what these men's rights and responsibilities are; regardless of the fact that the majority of Americans are never, actually, directly affected by male homosexual behavior.

There are females with an opinion, unattractive and obese men with an opinion, politicians, special interest groups, human rights organizations, and any number of other literal "outsiders" whom are incessently brow beating the primary victims of homosexual males with a protagonist plethora of boisterously bombastic, and nearsighted, opinions which invariably ignore the rights of any actual vested party to the opposition.

While it is certainly true that all people in a society are affected by male homosexuality - and many of them negatively so - the fact is that those whom are primarily affected are young and adolescent boys, and attractive men. And the manifestations of injuries caused them are as diverse as the people damaged.

America is a horrifying place for an intelligent, attractive - heterosexual - single man to live in these days. There is almost nobody worth talking to, or hanging-out with. The adult males who aren't idiots or homosexuals are either married or in a serioius relationship, and thus, while they may not be ogling your noodle in the restroom, are generally intolerably ignorant and boring, regardless of their mental capacity.

Moreover, if an adult male is particularly interesting and youthful to the eye, the chances of any man treating him with reasonable regard is extremely slim. And the behaviors exibited by homosexuals are vampish, stealthy and vicious. Nearly inhumane in their perversely sexual nature, wherein the object of affection becomes entirely obscured by obsessive, deviant desires.

As for the subject of pedophilia and the existence of organizations such as NAMBLA (the North American Man/Boy Love Association) -- which actually exists regardless of the fact that it is unconstitutional -- there does not appear to be any lobbyists, or their political counterparts, who give a rat crap about the kids or the young and impressionable. At least not enough to actually protect their interests by staying out of the "same-sex marriage" debate. Or protecting child sovereignty by restricting adoption to qualifying, safe households with both a male and female parent. Or prohibiting the funding of abortions with federal and state monies -- i.e. tax dollars of even those whom act sexually responsible, and do not engage in killing babies, nor agree with those who do.

America's children are first to be dragged into the epicenter of the fracturing grounds of obscenity, slipping through the cracks of this nation's foundation as the documents which bind and secure it are distorted and denied by a bloated and blustering percentage of political hacks. And now the primary perpetrators of shameless perversion are being allowed to play "house" with America's homes. Pretending to marry eachother, and adopting young lives whom are not in any way able to give informed consent, as they are relegated to veritable guinea pigs of impetuous idealism in the laboratories of mad sociology.

Likely, these bright-eyed national resources are so often neglected and marginalized by the Washington "Pansy Politics" machine for the simple fact that they are mostly silent victims whom typically are too young to legally vote. And rarely are politicians noted for their generosity and honor. Excepting, of course, those very-few, staunchly-egalitarian and reliable statesmen such as Ron Paul. A man who does not merely go-around kissing babies for cameras, he is an obstetrician who has delivered many of them.

It really is high-time that this nation, as a whole, begins to actually treat children with the respect and dignity they deserve. But, unfortunately, that conversation cannot even be engaged until the majority of men and women confine their social skills to building respectable and functional relationships on a regular basis, and quit lying to their children...about anything!

Further complicating matters in this veritable "who's who" of tabu is the fact that far too many Americans find it fascinating to precociously indemnify even the worst of homosexual depravity by claiming that heterosexuals also abuse children, rape and kill each other, idefensibly pronouncing homosexuals somehow equally qualified to procure primary status within society.

However, the fact is that regardless of the quid pro quo of animosity and abuse that occurs exclusively between males and females in this society, there is no reciprocal blame or behavior, whatsoever present between adult males of diverging moral conduct.

Heterosexual men and women, both, are equally responsible for the despicable debacle sex has become in this nation. The majority of adults treat sexual intercourse as if it were a carnival ride, lining up like juveniles at the barker's belt.

Few Americans -- heterosexual or homosexual -- have any real respect for the act of procreation in its literal sense, and even less for the spark of life, as so many callous deviants argue it reasonable to circumvent, manipulate, debase and destroy it on a regular basis.

However, much unlike the "war of the sexes", there is no equal perversion occurring between homosexual males and heterosexual males. Heterosexual males whom become the focus of homosexual males' salacious interests are not in any way contributing to the devolving, predatory environment these deviants typically cultivate. And are rarely, if ever, anything but stalked, spied on, flashed, attacked, manipulated, and generally treated like crap by carnal creeps of their own gender.

It is truly a nauseating realm of twisted torment to be the object of sexual obsession and repression by both genders in America, suffocating in a cesspool of indiscriminate denial and neglect, gawked at and mocked by blind passion that renders the few of conscionable character socially invisible to an empire of eyes.

The rights of the individual are placed in imminent peril by special interests when people are granted rights based on any choice, whether it be sexual orientation, political affiliation, religious belief or personal determination.

Homosexually behaving persons are no more or less entitled to their right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" than anyone else. Inalienable rights are equally afforded or they would not be inlienable.

However, homosexuals are being allowed to encroach upon "life" in their open denial of the crucial elements of gender relations and procreation, defiling the institution of Marriage. Upon "liberty" in their constant clawing at social real estate, swearing to destroy it rather than lose it as they grope gyrating genitalia in parades celebrating their choice to flamboyantly flaut natural law. And upon "the pursuit of happiness" in that they have certainly done everything they felt they could get-away-with in making this author's life as miserable as inhumanely possible.

Moreover, the "gay" group is no less a religious one than is Christianity or Catholocism. They are merely differing doctrines of an identical structure, based entirely on belief rather than on "those truths we find to be self evident."

How unremarkable that yet another group of sterilized progressives, weaving a web of distorted perception, emulates and romanticizes the demise of humanity. Just one way in which monotheists and homosexuals are similarly deviant.

But I digress. The pressing point is that regardless of anyone's opinion, this aberrant group -- according to the United States Constitution's very first amendment -- is precluded from official recognition by The State. And thus off-limits to the personal aspirations of any legislative body which seeks to tip the balance of their approval, or peceived equanimity, within society.

One noteable parameter of capacity which characterizes American propriety -- and indemnify's this analysis -- is the very real fact that choices make the person. And thus, people of any free society are gradiently unequal, regardless of the levels of equal opportunity which may exist within their collective environment.

Unless, of course, every person in the nation is forced to think the same way, and believe the same things. Which, as everyone knows, is the complete antithesis of Americanism, and a social fabric far too easily tailored to authoritarian bodies of corruption, oppression and brutality.

The diversity of thought, and thus self-determination of individuals, is the only existential factor capable of preserving the posterity of this species. And no monochrome mentality of any kind possesses the elements of discovery that are so critical to human survival.

No person's rights exist above or beyond their choices, and thus, actively biased persons -- such as homosexuals -- remain legally accountable to anyone they may injure, due to either deviant or negligent behaviors.

Just as a plumber will never be equal to a brain surgeon, in capability or specialty, a homosexual will never be equal to a heterosexual, in capacity or diversity; and a society composed entirely of homosexuals would physically disappear in less than 100 years without medical manipulation.

Furthermore, anyone who disagrees with such discriminations, or finds them offensive, is more than welcome to have their head examined by Roto Rooter. It could only be an improvement.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/24/mankinds-only-invention.html"><rss:title>Mankind's Only Invention</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/24/mankinds-only-invention.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>discovery finance humanity invention lie mankind one one invention only social issues society the lie undiscovered</dc:subject>

The one and only invention ever truly created by mankind is "the lie", everything else has merely been degrees of discovery...oft-rendered "undiscovered" by "the lie".

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/19/is-america-worthy-of-a-ron-paul-presidency.html"><rss:title>Is America Worthy of a Ron Paul Presidency?</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2012/1/19/is-america-worthy-of-a-ron-paul-presidency.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>america barack obama campaign conservative values governnment obama paul president president primaries republican campaign ron ron paul ron paul worthy</dc:subject>

Congressman Ron Paul, a true conservative republican from the state of Texas, has been the voice of reason and sober analysis within this nation's legislative body for decades, indefatigably honoring his oath of office as he courageously and unceremoniously upholds, protects and defends the principles of equal opportunity and personal accountability outlined in the documents so long ago drafted by America's founding fathers. And he has done so with a grace and poise that is rarely, if ever, seen - and even less appreciated - on capitol hill.

Dr. Paul, an obstetrician (i.e. a champion of the gift of life) who has delivered thousands of babies during his fastidious career, is so dedicated to this country, and its promise of liberty, that he graciously eschews his own personal viewpoint on "right to life" out of respect for the constitutional values of autonomy and accountability which indelibly place the "power to choose" - and thus the duty to correct any inequity created - directly in the hands of the people and the state legislatures wherein they elect to reside.

His ability to speak, absent the aid of a teleprompter, on any topic, to large crowds of people, with credible confidence and accountability belies a noble soul which proves him to possess the leadership qualities of an illustrious Captain, commanding spirited action through example rather than callous threats and demands; thus courageously preserving life in the face of death rather than complacently delivering subjugate flesh to the slaughter.

Under a Ron Paul presidency, the power of this nation's national defense would exceed all others for the past fifty years, while simultaneously reducing the military budget by streamlining the chain of command, opening channels to communication rather than blind collaboration, and bringing nation-building troops back home where they are most needed.

Ron Paul is quite obviously a man who literally resonates with the principle forces of nature as he clearly defines his position to be that of a public servant who's unwavering compliance with the "truths we find to be self evident" prohibits him from misusing the Executive Office as a station of power.

It is the man who readily admits his powerlessness over others whom remains prepared to "hit the ground running" in defense of all.

Paul has been delivering the identical message of limited government, fiscal responsibility, legislative accountability, transparency, American self reliance, free market economy, auditing the Federal Reserve, and respecting the inalienable rights of all people, during his entire time in office. He is not simply mouthing the words like so many other candidates whom are now agreeing with Dr. Paul because his logical and ethical analogies have become popular sentiments.

Remarkably, one of the only accusations Paul's opponents can sling at him is that he is allegedly racist. And merely due to the fact that a few - less than objective - pamphlets which voiced concerns about the illicit actions of racial groups were printed with Dr. Paul's organization's name on them. And his opponents publicly accuse him of bigotry regardless of the fact that Dr. Paul has denounced the statements as obscene and unwarranted, and has explained that he never had any specific knowledge of the statements, or any direct affiliation with those who printed them.

Furthermore, Dr. Paul has always demonstrated a clearly unbiased character in both word and deed in all of his personal and professional affairs. And there is not one example anywhere of him ever behaving even remotely racist; either for or against anyone.

The first of two guarantees in this article is that Ron Paul does not even possess the ability to be a racist. His primary focus, directed pointedly at personal accountability and autonomy, does not provide the room necessary for a scope of racially biased dissemination; thus preventing him from discriminating against anyone based on a birthright attribute such as the color of their skin, their gender or nationality.

Some would also attempt to claim that Dr. Paul wants to "legalize drugs", insinuating that his supporters are merely criminals. However, this mendaciously deleterious sentiment - denigrating a great deal of law abiding, hard working and intelligent citizens of significant note - ignores Dr. Paul's conctrete Constitutional compliance, since he has only ever sought to "decriminalize" the act of smoking cannabis (as California has done), and informed the public that this nation's Constitution does not allow the government to prohibit, by law, the use of any illicit substance. This nation's founding documents only provide protection against the parameters of criminality, of which the "freedom of choice" issue of drug use does not even come close to satisfying.

His support for relaxing the government's strangle-hold on the illicite drug trade is the result of a reasonable and honorable position, wherein he realizes that Richard Nixon's profligate "War on Drugs" has shamelessly destroyed the lives of hundreds of millions of unwitting, emotionally exasperated, people, and literally overnight built the empires of the most brutal and powerful criminals this world has ever seen.

Those who have found themselves in an environment which drives them to seek escape from reality are not merely suffering from drug addiction. These people are an pervasive example of our most severe societal dysfunctions, and are easily rehabilitated when one truly disseminates a reasonable acount of their plight, thus seeking to indemnify the persons themselves rather than their addiction.

Ron Paul is a man who full-well understands the gravity of this nation's currently perilous situation, and the fact that "the government does not have the right to tell the people what to do", or what to like or not like. He realizes that it has been the government's excessive meddling in the personal affairs of the people which is responsible for the many meteoric eruptions and cataclysmic crashes - both social and economic - that have nearly torn this nation assunder over the last century.

The government's responsibilty is to uphold, protect and defend this nation's Supreme Law of the Land; namely, the United States Constitution. It is neither their right nor their responsibility to create special rules for specific groups of people or individuals, nor take sides on any issue other than that wich shall reflect the primary tenets of this nation's founding documents.

Unlike Dr. Paul, many in this nation's government exibit absolutely no respect, whatsoever, for The Constitution, or its principles. But, on the contrary, seek only to craft orations rife with empty words which they can spew upon the masses, riling them with obscenity in an effort to procure, or retain, a position of authority.

Unfortunately, this exposes the fact that America's citizens are the ones whom are, first and foremost, responsible for the corrupt debacle the government has become. Much like the majority of politicians, the majority of this nation's citizens have no respect for their Constitution, as they incessantly demand that those they vote for ignore their oath office, and instead act in deference to the collective bidding of constituents, regardless of whether their demands are Constitutional, or many times, even ethical.

Barrack Obama was primarily elected by people who were expecting him to take sides against those whom they despise. The majority of those who voted for Obama are people who live a vengeful and recalcitrant existence, blaming any number of people and places for their personal predicament. Many of these people are the "occupiers" and malcontents who believe that the government should be granted the power to take from the rich and give to the poor.

The majority of Obama's supporters appear to be shameless racists, and have been rewarded with extreme bigotry on many levels, regardless of the fact that Obama campaigned - quite deceptively - as the one who would end racism in this country. The problem is that Barack Obama's underlying message - for those who were listening - was that he would merely seek to tip the scales in the opposite direction.

Just as poorly motivated are those who voted for the George Bush's, primarily because they were both "company men" who could be counted on to accept personal rewards for protecting the criminal exploits of the bankers and Wall Street cronies, while simultaneously crafting a web of control that would allow the felonious Federal Reserve, the Clinton coddled IMF, and the Kissinger crafted Counsel on Foreign Relations to enter into unabashed nation building.

Truth be told, all of the Bush men are depraved hawks who are entirely willing to feed every last one of this nation's patriotic sons and daughters to the gold plated war machine that lines their pockets with oil-stained dollars.

Contrarily, Ron Paul is the kind of man who, as president of the United States, would actually save lives during any armed clash of ideals, by preventing naked aggression with reasonable conflict, and thus preserving humanity's natural proclivity to disagree. The man, himself, is an expression of progress in that he never attempts to avoid dissention, but rather welcomes it with aplomb. His unwavering respect for the purity of the argument sets him apart from nearly every other legislator on the hill.

Paul's decorum during nationally televised debates shows him to be an expressly shrewd negotiator who will not bend to weak winds, and will force any true threat to bellow its impediment. He, as a congressman, routinely votes against bills of his own crafting if other legislators have introduced unconstitutional amendments and pork barrel spending into its text in their attempt to sneak them through an unsuspecting body of voters.

Dr. Paul is, of course, a kind and sharp spoken man, his is the nature of a true closer. A man moved not by petty regards of blustering sycophants and despots, yet sensitive to the quizzical glance cast by the oft-disregarded and marginalized granite of this nation's foundation; the working class.

Ron Paul is a man who, as president, would steer America's ship back onto its initial course of true prosperity, braving the swells of carpetbaggers and califates which have smothered nearly all of the last ten presidencies with a mendacious morbidity of pleas for the plight of the poverty stricken and oppressed, cutting their cream nearly to the bottom

Ron Paul's message is that of capabilities rather than disabilities, heart rather than hope. His egalitarian presence, seasoned with a paucity of pragamatism, is the essence of a character rich in personal accountability, seeking to master the equations rather than pretend to manipulate the solutions.

This nation need not suffer the poor, but rather, properly reward the efforts of the many whom suffer the rich. Take not from the wealthy, for it is the frugal whom have gifted them their station. Men are not created equal, simply equally allowed. The essential formulae must be designed to shift the balance by reducing poverty with nothing more than an increase of equal opportunity, and thereby bless this nation, as it so well deserves.

Take heart, one and all, for this nation is still so great that, against all odds, it created a Ron Paul...Yeah, baby!!! And he has been serving this nation like a benevolent and loving father for decades, shining like a beacon of liberty at the edge of a jetty staunchly piercing this nation's pounding sea of sanguine senility and powerful corruption.

The man possesses an unflappable courage few even understand, and is a leader of the finest order.

So the question remains; is America truly worthy of - or ready for - a "Ron Paul Presidency"?

This author worries that it is not. And for anyone who disagrees, I dare you...no, I double dare you, prove me wrong, and vote for this honorable man. Vote for an executive public servant who will hold you accountable to the principles you claim to fight for.

I challenge you all, prove your true worth. Prove you are a real American, and vote for a just commander in chief...vote for Ron Paul.

Guaranteed, once this nation gets a taste of Dr. Paul's executive office, his re-election will be by a landslide.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2011/12/29/vicious-vanquish.html"><rss:title>Vicious Vanquish</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2011/12/29/vicious-vanquish.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

The honorable man generally lives a life of torment and pain, walking the benevolent line of compassion and portent, bedeviled and discheveled, hanging on the edge of destruction ... until suddenly, feeding on defeat, reaches deftly into the breast of evil, rips its heart out, and feeds it to it!!!

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.factbat.com/blog/2011/12/27/the-government-loves-crime.html"><rss:title>The Government Loves Crime</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.factbat.com/blog/2011/12/27/the-government-loves-crime.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

What must be understood is that crime allows the government the ability to kick in doors

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
