They then collude with this group as a means of garnering political support for politicizing their choice to engage in homosexuality. What is remarkable is that the New York government is far overstepping its bounds of constitutional recognition, and entering into the realm of creative authoritarianism. They have decided to pretend that a same sex couple is equal to a heterosexual couple, and regardless of how many laws or policies they unconstitutionally attempt to force upon the nation as a whole, the facts is that a same sex partnership is merely an agreement of two people to exist outside of the natural “marriage” that exists between two unlike elements. A same sex couple is not equal to a heterosexual couple. This does not mean that their union cannot be recognized. However, it does mean that the government has no authority in the matter outside of the protection of inalienable human rights. This means that the government can only provide a means of allowing same sex couples to exist in an environment of safety. The government cannot, however, force the citizenry to accept a same sex union as equal, since this alleged equality is physically impossible. This is where the issue of marriage becomes critical to the equation, and the fact that a marriage is not in any way the joining of two identical parts. A peg is not capable of marriage with a peg, nor a hole with a hole. It is impossible. However, a peg can be “married” with a hole. Simply the fact that man can create adhesive cofactors that allow a peg to be attached to another peg does not somehow create an environment of marriage. This is merely the creation of a compound element which is, in the legal realm, constitutionally inferior. It does not exist as a sovereign element, but is instead created by a sovereign element. A marriage requires an existential factor that is inherent within both elements in that they are specifically designed to accept the corporeal features of one another in a reciprocal state of oneness. Marriage is such that it cannot be manipulated into existence. It is a realm of boundaried compliance that is infallible since it requires no outside manipulation or influence for the bond to sustain itself. Regardless of the manufactured atmosphere of “quid pro quo” that exists between two same sex partners, there is no corporeal reciprocation of oneness present. Nor can this oneness be created simply by placing the mans penis in another mans rectal orifice, or mouth. The same goes for two females whom can only rub together two sexual body parts which do not in any way satisfy the element of marriage that is absent within the equation. On the contrary, the heterosexual realm - where the penis and vagina are divinely designed to be married one to the other - there is the element of oneness that cannot be denied. Furthermore, the exchange of bodily fluids that is inherent to this marriage is what creates life. No exchange of bodily fluids between two same sex persons is in any way equal to this natural human function. For the New York government to actually expect to debase the natural element of the creation human life by creating policies wherein they claim that same sex couples are equal to heterosexual couples is a clear act of insubordination against the people of this nation, and sets the stage for an atmosphere of contention wherein the government is now guilty of breaching the peace in order to gain political advantage over their opponents. Nature will never allow this species to exist outside the realms of truth that are crafted by the cyclic nature of a Universe which controls its evolutionary activities. How sad that the government never appears to be concerned with the many destructive edicts they use to create unrest that can divide the people into what has come to be the democratization of civil war. All citizens must begin to demand that the governance be handled by persons whom respect both the freedom of the individual, and seek to protect their inalienable rights, so that true bipartisanship can flourish. Or this government will continue to be saturated by criminals whom exploit the nation’s founding principles with radically politicized social issues that will only further divide and destabilize these United States.
