The sports equipment and apparel corporation Champion, In a completely deplorable show of politicized and preposterous pragmatism, has chosen to side with what can only be termed the "hubris masses" as they essentially excoriates and commercially excommunicated the nationally popular football star, Rashard Mendenhall, for openly expressing his views with an uncommon compunction that shows him to possess the honorable character of a true American.

The truth is that Mendenhall, who merely questioned the "celebration of death" that ensued in the aftermath of the murder of Osama bin Laden, entirely mirrors this author's identical sentiments on the matter. And for this it appears that a significant portion of the population is being portrayed as adamantly opposed to his ethical and logical sentiments.

He also tweeted, quite logically, on his twitter page "it is amazing how people can HATE a man they have never heard speak. We've only heard one side..."

It is nothing short of alarming that significant portions of American society are being manipulated into condoning and collaborating with a government that so callously and craftily disregards not only the law in this nation, but the founding principles of representation and recognition where "truths found to be self evident"govern the very spirit of autonomy and liberty which gives life and breath to the core values it is so formidably built upon.

Anyone who would actually repudiate a sovereign citizen of this country, simply for expressing compassion and moral sobriety in the face of mortal consequence, is more than certainly the actual problem, and expressly demonstrates a corrosive and cowardly character that is in utter contrast to its basic structure.

Who could care less what any such bombastic buffoons would ever say about anything? Those who would alienate Mendenhall for his statements have done him a favor, that is for certain. And while it may not appear so at present, all good things take time, and they come to pass in the most corporeal and inuring ways, of which are portentously relevant in myriad contexts.

Furthermore, where does Champion get off claiming - as part of their public statement denouncing Mendenhall - that they "support the government's efforts to fight terrorism", as if to insinuate that terrorism is in any way the issue in this particular case?

The only issue here is the right to free speech, and the fact that this right is actually a duty. There is a law in this nation called the "Good Samaritan Law" and each and every citizen is bound to it, in every respect. Whether it become relevant to the expositive sector of public opinion, or the private, back alley atmosphere of the average project.

Therefore, Champion has actually ended its contract with Mendenhall for doing his duty as an American, and protecting and defending his Constitution.

Real slick, Champion. What's next on your job-killing agenda, kicking people off of the payroll for owning a gun, or defending the second amendment? Or supporting Arizona's fight to secure their southern border? It's apparent you despise those who speak out against abuse and neglect within the rank and file, praising the government you appear to insist everybody in this nation fall down on their face and worship, completely ignoring any concerns for its oft-questionable behaviors.

I personally laud, not only Mendenhall's bravery in publicly voicing his concerns, but also his obvious higher-intelligence and humanity - something I rarely see in a professional football player. Actually, disagreeing with the status quo is an American tradition, and has often been one of the most honorable actions one could engage in, bar none.

Bravo! Mendenhall. I could not be more proud or honored to say this man is a brother in freedom, and a citizen of the great nation my family was pivotal in helping create. Here's to hoping that Champion takes it hard, directly in the bottom line, for being such an obsequious and, borderline-Fascist, bunch of impudent morons.

Mendenhall also displayed a laudable degree of knowledge in physiques and structural engineering that one seldom see's coming from a pro athlete, when he stated "I have a hard time believing that a plane could take a skyscraper down demolition style." And he would be inexplicably correct in his concern. This is an impossibility, and any properly educated structural engineer or architect worth his weight in sand, darned well knows it.

The federal government's official story reads like a fairyt tale fable of epic proportions as it claims that an impact at the 70th floor, and commercial arline fuel - which is merely kerosene - were responsible for literally turning two of the world's most well designed and sturdy skyscrapers into dust and smoking rubble, with pools of molten steel buried deep in the footprints they so nicely fell into.

The fact is that no such steel and concrete structure can come down in this fashion without an extremely intricate and complex schematic of powerful explosives attached to nearly every critical apex of its load-bearing skeleton.

Even if the buildings had collapsed under their own weight, they would have required at least one second per floor to complete this "pancake effect", and thus requiring nearly two minutes at the very least. Except that the undisputed fact is that they came down at free-fall speed, with the peak of each of the buildings' roofs reaching the surface of the Earth in just over ten seconds as they conveniently imploded into themselves. Of course, this say's nothing of building 7 which sustained almost no damage, but met an identical fate.

Even worse is an ignorant and boorish article from Trib Live Sports, where pedantic writer John Harris claims that Mendenhall "made light of the horror and tragedy of the 9/11 terrorist attacks", simply because he exposed relevant facts and questioned the source of the attacks. Johnson appears to be another of the many treacherous minions who butter their bread by publishing scurrilous statements of veritable treason that smack of official collusion with those who fly below the radar of the legitimate atmosphere, to say the least.

For anyone who might have liked to reach Mr. Harris for a comment, or to simply leave one of their own, he appears to offer a phone number where he can be contacted (412)481-5432. However, don't bother, it is just another dead end, much like his point of view. It was no surprise that the number connected me to a recording that stated it was "not in service".

It is rather puzzling that Champion decided to drop a sports hero for telling the truth and showing some backbone by voicing educated concerns on an inflammatory and controversial issue that involves the future of this country. Especially given the fact that Champion's choice of action reflects a denigration which most commonly follows the indiscretions of philanderers, panderers and abusers of everything from children to controlled substances.

What one must consider is that Mendenhall cannot be attacked with the "racist" label that Donald Trump has found himself so ridiculously branded with, simply for disagreeing with Obama's sentiments, or those of his administration. And it is quite likely that this is the primary reason behind Champion's choice to enter the fray on this matter.

Even worse is that Michael Vick, and others of his ilk, find themselves easily pardoned for excessively exploitative actions of an intentional and recidivist nature where they were found to be maiming and killing poor, defenseless animals; those determined to be "man's best friend", no less.

Furthermore, who can forget the media's, and corporate America's dubious love affair with the still-abusive and vindictively volatile hip-hop artist Chris Brown who was convicted of severely beating his girl friend, Rihanna, and then lately trashing the set of the Today Show because he cannot control his violent outbursts.

There is a disturbing dearth of actual realism resonating within the American society these days, and people such as Mendenhall are some of the most pivotally puissant and critically controversial personas necessary for redirecting the course of this nation upon a proper trajectory of sustainable and successful growth.

How incredibly insidious of Champion, an international corporation, to take sides with the stagnant fracas against such a conscionable man. Especially considering the subject matter this alleged corporate confabulation has deemed a more desirable specter of human thought and behavior.

The unequivocal fact is that both the statements and actions of President Barack Obama - including his allegations of protracted covert affairs he engaged in - are nothing short of indefensible according to the United States Constitution. And he has, by his own admission, engaged in acts of sedition and criminality in ordering and condoning the murder of another human being outside the confines of his constitutionally protected duties. The man is not above the law...period. And his actions were not sanctioned by any law in this nation.

Obama has admitted to ordering the death of what can only be determined, now by default, to be an innocent man - given the fact that he is dead and cannot be properly tried.

The constitution still considers all suspected criminals to be first "innocent until proven guilty" regardless of what fresh sentiments of hate or revenge any number of persons can be manipulated into expressing, and thus demanding actions of reprobation to extol.

The praise and engagement of any type of murder is still a reprehensible action, and Obama's indemnification of assassination finds him to be just as scurrilous as that which he has condoned the assassination of.

As stated in the past, any man who would resort to the actions of the enemy was never the ally.

Would Obama now, at this late date, bring back the disgusting practice of "lynching" in this nation? And if not, then he also has no right whatsoever to expect that he can employ such policies or tactics in any other nation or locality on this Earth.

Furthermore, it is a travesty that a significant portion of the United States Population appears to believe that the killing of a single human being can, in any constructive way, demonstrably alter their future. The truth is that it can only erode the stability of the road ahead.

Furthermore, the intelligence surfacing and swarming around the incident is, in many respects, entirely contradictory, and occasionally full of holes. The official story has changed a number of times.

The reports from eye-witnesses show that there were several explosions, followed by an extremely powerful explosion that shook buildings several miles away. The SEALS team is reported as being involved in an intense fire-fight that was alleged to have been the means killing Bin Laden. However, they now claim that he was shot in a room where the killing was justified by the fact that they claim he was going for a gun; an extremely common claim that has been conveniently employed by any number of perpetrators of "excessive force".

Whether Osama bin Laden was killed for revenge, or simply to silence him, may never be fully determined. However, the fact is that the operation was mishandled and has resulted in questionable actions being taken and touted as the law in this nation was shaken and flouted. And not one sovereign individual - herein claiming citizenship, and thereby bound by the supreme law of this beautiful land - bear's the right or responsibility to allow such egregious edifice to exist unchallenged.

Regardless of what anyone either thinks or wants to think, the facts are the facts, and Mendenhall is nothing short of a national hero for rising above the fray and showing his mettle during a time in American history when disgrace and dishonor have become all to commonplace.
