The Blackwater Corporation (a guns-for-hire organization renamed Xe Services, now secretly operating in the UAE) and those like it, are some of the most inhospitable and perilous inventions cropping up in the world today. Primarily because they operate on a for-profit basis that requires a steady stream of instability and crime for them to stay in business. And - as a matter of policy - they cannot profitably disseminate their services in such a way as to guarantee they are procured by the just, or even that they are justifiable. Furthermore, these types of commercial endeavors - which must operate under a limited liability status of government collusion - all require environments rich in excessive oppression, criminality, death and destruction if they are to actually turn a profit.

Libya is one such example, where a logistically prime locality was pivotal to involvement by mercenaries from Columbia and South Africa, whom were almost certainly supplied by Blackwater, and were hired to murder peaceful protesters and wreak havoc in civilian sectors under direct orders from strongman Muhamar Qaddafi. Qaddafi has since been denounced by most of the leaders in his nation, and nearly every legitimate international organization for his many crimes against humanity.

The fact is that any free, and thus logically cooperative, national or international social system would spell imminent destruction for any for-profit military organization, and as well the portfolio of anyone invested in the many unstable markets that exist for, or as a result of, their services.

This means that those who employ these death-merchants will need to appear as legitimate as possible, and will typically exist as a vested entity within, or closely related to, the organization itself, engaging in the white-washed business side of the merger. This then procures for them a veritable securitized existence of ultimate power that allows them to manipulate the primary objective in such a way as to reduce its role to that of a submissive conscript.

In other words, the government that employs these mercenaries will use them to both suppress or destroy any significant challenge to their rule, regardless of how abusive or incompetent it may be, and furthermore, will certainly use them to strong-arm the necessary payment for these services from those it oppresses.

This also means that these mercenary organizations will naturally be seeking to promote an environment, or compatibly-evolving-trajectory, that breeds acceptance of their destructive behaviors in an attempt to create what every other corporation on the planet must sustain in order to survive: a market for their product. Certainly, this will prove to be one of the most despicable and dysfunctional systems of "supply and demand" to ever surface on this planet.

Moreover, for-hire military organizations are such that their marketability requires them to procure - by any means necessary - the authority to engage in enforcement, rather than simply security, and therefore they will always attempt to operate either outside of, or above, the law.

Any entity that exists to sell control-through-force is inherently corrupt at its core, and cannot survive without it be constructed as both a recruiting and training facility for the most malleable minds on the planet. This means that it will be predominantly populated by criminals. Since it is typically the abused and/or terrified, and often weaker and warped, minds - that find it necessary to turn to a recidivist nature of lawlessness - which will accept, and perform, the position of a hired killer.

Regardless of the fact that Xe Services (formerly Blackwater) bills itself as a militarized security company, they are generally seeking to build a reputation as a fighting force capable of supporting entire swaths of international regimes.

Blackwater's creator Erik Prince, a known outlaw and criminal that has been fined hundreds of millions of dollars for operating facilities that use retired U. S. military personnel to train foreign paramilitary forces, also offers his services to dictators and oppressive regimes as a force to be used to suppress democratic demonstrations and rebellions against autocracies that exist in complete contrast to the United States and its Constitution, which created the free market atmosphere where Prince first misused his rights to ply his treasonous trade.

Prince actually had the gall to claim that he founded the Blackwater Corporation out of his "love for his country". And he actually found many in the State Department who were willing to overstep their bounds and egregiously trample on the Constitution they vowed to uphold, protect and defend, by creating a consensus of back-room bureaucrats whom could be counted on to ignore the obvious implications of misfeasance and moral hazard, as they created the Patriot Act, amended FISA, and executed all manner of unlawful powers under signing statements that allowed torture and extraordinary rendition to exist unopposed. And all so that Prince, and any fools like him, could flout the law and accept private contracts to support many of the illegal operations, both military and economic, that were perpetrated in Afghanistan and Iraq throughout much of the first decade of the 21^st century.

For Blackwater to exist, it required a compete fleecing of the public, mostly due to the fact that its daily operations required vast amounts of up-front cash that are not readily available as a matter of distinction in the realms it is required to operate within and on behalf of.

Therefore, the government needed to use tax revenues, absent any clear right to do so, and certainly absent any majority agreement by a fully informed public who would certainly have questioned the Constitutionality of such an abuse of power, to finance the operations Blackwater engaged in.

This was just one more excessive expenditure of the Iraq invasion, as all of the agencies - including those that provided tactical and political support to Blackwater and Dyne Corp, such as the CIA, FBI and NSA - were collectively extolled with the lap of luxury, riding around in brand new, fully-loaded Humvee's and Escalades, eating lavishly catered meals, spending $400 per gallon for gas and $40 a can for Coca Cola while U.S. military soldiers, who volunteered their lives for the greater good of their country - believing themselves to be pivotal actors in a just and honorable theatre of daily anguish and loss - were living in squalid conditions, suffocating in sweltering heat under ragged tents, forced to drink and bathe in fetid and contaminated, non-potable water that Halliburton knowingly supplied while claiming it was suitable.

The sad truth is that during the entire history of civilizations, the act of securing either people, places or things has never actually been a lucrative endeavor, and those who have been granted the official capacity to execute power over the closed settings where its members were initially willing to accept the dictatorial hierarchy present in this type of structure, have always sought to expand their influence and control as a means of increasing their ability to actually profit from an existence that is likened to a parasite, unmindful of the consequences that could render the host either unwilling or unable to further support them.

How Banking is Much Like 'Blackwater'

Take, for instance, the practice of "banking". At its inception - a very benign institution, the stand-alone businesses that engaged in this practice were nothing more than warehouses designed for the purpose of securing its customers' belongings in vaults and rectories. This was initially offered as a means for protecting peoples' wealth from theft, and/or losses due to various disasters such as fires or floods.

This security service was offered at a fee, however, it was never the type of business that necessarily afforded the proprietor (bank owner) an extravagant or opulent lifestyle. Although, in stark contrast, were the luxurious lifestyles of their typical clients, whom most often would deposit gold and jewels in the vaults.

The depositors were then given slips of official paper that reflected the value of the deposit, to be redeemed at the bearers will if and when they should need to retrieve the belongings they had entrusted to the banker.

Eventually, bank owners were not satisfied simply watching - and salivating - over the riches of others, and thus they began to seek any opportunity to reap benefits from the wealth they secured. Bankers then began to petition the government with requests to be granted the authority to loan out bank notes - originally called "gold notes" - against the deposits that were sitting in their vaults.

The government, being the typically disreputable and scurrilous entity it so often is, decided that this practice would be the perfect quid-pro-quo for instituting a system where they could generate tax revenues from already taxed income by allowing bankers to, essentially, legally embezzle other peoples' wealth and use it to gamble in the market with.

As one can imagine, this is what began the system of Fractional Reserve Banking that has exploded into the oft-unethical finance industry that consistently implodes the economy.

Fractional Reserve Banking is the practice of allowing banks to loan money they don't have. This is done by only requiring that they hold 10% of their net worth in reserve against whatever they loan. This means that a bank that has $100,000 of actual liquid assets (other people's money) in its vault, can loan out $900,000 against it, thereby essentially creating an $800,000 debit that is secured by nothing but the bank's word, or obviously slipshod reputation.

However, the fun doesn't stop there, because banks are also allowed to loan money to account holders who often keep the money (basically just more numbers on a screen that represent absolutely nothing but thin air, and a promise to pay) in their account, which then increases the amount of money that the bank allegedly holds in reserve, thus raising the limit that it can loan. Hopefully readers can see how this so easily spins out of control, and then can cost billions of dollars to correct should the operation fail, as it so often does, even more than most Americans realize.

Furthermore, the government cannot legally grant bankers the power to loan out other peoples' money, so they created a system to hide the effects with yet another securities mechanism, as they unconstitutionally placed every tax payer in the nation on the hook for huge financial losses by subsidizing the fractional reserve banking industry with tax revenues in what everybody today commonly refers to as FDIC, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; just one more in the many deceptive and destructive "incorporated" entities in America that the United States Constitution does not actually allow.

Moreover, a disturbing fact most people do not quite understand is that this type of moneymaking scheme operates behind a veil of unconstitutional, government-manufactured immunity that shields it from most forms of prosecutable liability for the simple fact that the industry exists within an environment of excessive misfeasance. This then creates an atmosphere that is ripe for the outright criminality that so often ensues as a result.

The moral hazard inherent in this system has cost the nation's tax payers hundreds of trillions - yes HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS - of dollars in bail-out moneys over the last century, allowing people such as Nelson Rockefeller - who should be living in rags for his destructive financial foibles - to gamble, and lose, hundreds of billions of dollars in liquid assets that were never legally his to wager.

Furthermore, the tax revenues that have been generated by the many facets of this fragile and impressionable paper market, not only exist in a bureaucratic environment that is much more easily mishandled and mismanaged, but the fiduciary stability expected or promised actually exists on a sliding scale that is controlled by the amount of volatility, or risk, inherent within the primary principle.

This means that much of the peoples' investments - their tax dollars each year - were, and still are, being consumed by risk management, where Fascist profiteers are all-too-happy to collaborate with the government for the chance to rake in the buckets of cash that this casino-style industry can generate, because the forms of collective contraband (price fixing, political marketing, social influence, etc) that the government requires in exchange for not attempting to recuperate the actual expenses incurred in the current investment market, is an acceptable trade-off for the many rank-and-file cronies that populate this sedentary system.

More simply put: the paper that is produced by fractional reserve banking is such that it requires a great deal of volatility for it to generate profit, and certainly to afford its many purveyors the extravagant lifestyle they have grown to believe they both deserve and require. Therefore, this paper's malleability - which is the primary note of distinction from which it derives its financial lucrativeness - is what allows those in the lending and finance industry to profit from losses and instability in the market. Therefore, the business activities expected to generate tax revenues are such that said taxes are often absorbed by the very thing that allegedly created them.

Furthermore, the many degenerative and aberrant side-effects of this type of mad-hatter's money mysticism costs tax payers many times more than the revenues it creates, and thus the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Truly, these types of shenanigans that the government has caused and allowed to profligate within the American market are the primary contributors to the widening gap between rich and poor. And it is enabling the government to strangle the society with broad powers that it does not in any way possess as the corporations profit from a quid-pro-quo that is debasing the nation's primary structure.

This is why Fascism will never work, at least not equitably, and why it will always result in a failed nation. The facilitation of the basic system is far to costly to be sustained by the modest amount of actual hard assets it generates.

Of course, those who engage in these types of collusive actions also typically need to create an alternate persona capable of allowing them to exist in some form of feigned equanimity with those they are cheating and deceiving, thus the administrators of the scheme become increasingly sanctimonious and self righteous as they embed themselves deeper into the actual schematic, until eventually they can only feel comfortable in realms where there are other maladjusted and malevolent sociopaths for them to robotically socialize with.

This is also why socioeconomics is the hierarchy of choice for criminals, because this allows them to attach their actions to the presumptuous presentation of a privileged class that they then convince people must be supported and protected for the system to maintain balance and stability. Bemoaning and demonizing any attempts to extricate them from their illegitimately ascended position as an attack on the logical order of things.

However, any such system is merely the mendaciously crafted mechanism of those who require a complex web of control and confusion in order for them to prosper in a market where their pompous "productions" are not worth the pugnacious "papers" they are printed on.
