Once again, it appears that a majority of the legal practitioners in this nation - if not all of these moronic buffoons - will spend the majority of their time and energy chasing down irrelevant and indefensible ideologies and inquiries as they whore themselves for the cameras, making wild assumptions and insinuations that are not in any way germane to the legal due-process, as the evolving specter of yet another infamous legal trial in this nation unfolds. It is remarkable to watch these masters of mindlessness blather on about why they believe the defense chose to waive the preliminary hearing, speculating and spinning clear bias to a degree that they actually appear only interested in convincing themselves of the significance of the defense’s legal course of action.
Truly, not one person who is in any way connected to the prosecution of this trial has even one second to waste worrying about why the defense waived the hearing. Mostly, because even if they knew exactly why, it would never amount to anything but a distraction, or detraction, from the matters at hand. But also, because the defense has wisely elected not to waive time.
There is little, if any, question - in this authors mind - as to just why prosecutors are so often driven to outright criminality and dereliction in their efforts to procure guilty verdicts against the accused.
It is blatantly obvious that the majority of law enforcement have almost no clue as to how to properly disseminate the evidence that is typically placed before them, and certainly not the mountains of evidence they so often contaminate, destroy, overlook and blatantly ignore. Furthermore, prosecutors rarely appear to be supported by even remotely competent investigators.
Let this be a warning to the prosecution: The defense has already gained the upper hand. Furthermore, this author has no intention of explaining why the “Sandusky effect” may eventually become a new highlight in legal journals, textbooks and periodicals that future litigators are required to study and pore over in an effort to avoid the fate of their dimwitted predecessors.
It will be interesting, however, to analyze this trial once it comes to - what could likely be - its calamitous close.
