While there may be many dedicated, patriotic and law abiding citizens in America who feel that the rule of law has taken a lethal blow in the battle against the illegal alien invasion of Arizona -- currently lauded by the likes of Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and a host of other left-leaning socialist bigots in American society and politics -- the truth is that this latest ruling is only the set-up to a concrete victory for sovereign American values the likes of which few can imagine.

It must be understood that the judge in this case could not possibly have handed down a legally relevant and binding ruling (fates dictate in this instance). Most importantly, she simply does not have the hide to withstand it. While this fact may afford her a momentary pass as regards the implications of obvious perfidy and unethical standards in her conduct, she will likely not survive the backlash unleashed by her succumbing to such pressures. She is a judge after all. Se la vie.

However, the most significant factor is the reasonable nature of lawful conflict the Obama administration is ultimately forced to comply with. Regardless of how perverse this administration’s team of players may be, the rules of conduct will always apply in fact as regard’s the game.

Essentially, the Arizonans and this nation’s dedicated patriots are looking at a “bottom of the ninth, bases loaded” play. The chance to hit a grand slam has been sewn into the fabric of this contest, and the opportunity for reply is mute.

It is an age-old adage that neither the bombastic Obama administration, nor the compliant patriots were much of a deciding factor in creating. This is merely the nature of the Universe.

Without expressing -- and thereby exposing -- an excess of strategic-knowledge concerning this issue (it is becoming increasingly obvious that a great many people are reading and responding to my assertions) I simply intend to point out some superfluous indicators that support a base analysis of these existential ramifications.

If the judge in this case had ruled on the side of logic, there would have been a nearly indescribable level of ridiculous activity in response. The effects of this aforementioned activity are much less than survivable by a great many of the ignorant masses.

However, the fact that the judge took the low road is merely a sentiment of current ideology that has created the liberal “left’s” interpretation of human socialism -- regardless of how untenable -- and thus a move in the “right” direction.

The sad part of this dichotomy is the fact that the majority of socialist reform is extremely hypocritical, and thus inexorably ripe for perversion and corruption.

While most of the left leaning liberals have honorable intentions, the fact is that few of them appear to possess the austerity to forgo the preposterous pragmatism which destines their efforts to a trajectory of brutal failure. In such an environment, plagiarists and sycophants rule. Therefore, the fundamentals of socialism are constantly indefensible.

We would all, of course, love to live in a world where Utopia was a viable concept, regaling rewarding edifices. However, the fact is that one must first comply with the demands of both negative and positive before they can ever exist in the world of equanimity and symbiosis; a concept which often fool’s people into envisioning an ethereal utopic existence absent any accountability.

The truth is that Utopia certainly does exist, it is just much more realistic than the majority of liberals expect it to be.

I will admit that it is difficult not tipping my hand and exposing the inherent strategy that more than 98% of the American population appears to be unaware of. However, I will let-on a bit and say this: For anyone who understands the nature of the “rebuttal” the fact is that the Obama administration cheated, drew first blood, and is going to pay dearly.

There are many rivers to cross and mountains to traverse, but unfortunately, the ideologues will never abandon their deceptive and extremist ways in exchange for logic.

The day will be swift and red, with much mercy spared. Tears of regret shall mar success.
