Shirley Sherrod A Lynch Pin Of Government Obesity

Shirley Sherrod, in an interview with the Associated Press, further opines about her experience as a nationally exposed bigot, and appears to do her best to deflect any coming disapproval of her obvious indifference to the suffering private sector with its burgeoning rolls of unemployed citizens in this nation.

She is by far one of the most chilling examples of self-serving sycophants now joining the ever growing hordes of government employees. She shows utter contempt and apathy in her statements where she is seen in a video lauding her choice to work for the federal government. Not because she feels she is doing anyone any good, but simply because she is guaranteed job security as an unaccountable member of the government’s bloated and wasteful ranks.

While it may appear at times that Sherrod is benevolently motivated, don't be fooled. One must watch the entire video and see that she is not as objective as she seems, and that when it comes to an issue that she objects to she will not hesitate to play the race card. Such as the part of the video (around 26:00) where she speaks of Obama's Health Care reform and claims that the national rejection of his reform was racially motivated.

Sherrod is a government hack who does not even take the time to note that Obamacare has proven to be an inhospitable joke on the people that includes provisions that demand all gold purchases be recorded on a 1099. Or that prohibit people from keeping their current Health Insurance Plan -- as Obama had promised countless times they would be allowed to do -- by piling exhorbitant fees on anyone who intends to do so.

She also say's to the all black audience at the NAACP that they are "capable of being doctors and lawyers..." etc, even when she has no idea whatsoever just what their specific capabilities are. This type of protagonistic entitlement approach shows her indiscriminate observance of race over reality, and excessively delusional liberal bent.

She goes on to claim that not one dime of the money allocated to USDA programs for business and industry that "[she] was signing off on...six million, three million, two million...but who is it goin to? Not one so far (meaning black business people)." "There has been over $80 million dollars given out since October 1st, but not one dime to a black business," reiterated Sherrod.

However, she does not mention anything as to just why the monies were allocated to those who did receive it. Furthermore, the fact is that the Housing Debacle that has played a huge part in nearly bankrupting this nation, and that Barack Obama conveniently left out of the Financial Reform Bill, was caused because of mandates that directed loans to people based on race and perceived disparity, rather than on their ability or propensity to repay.

As she goes on to explain (approx. 34:00) she is reticent to point out that most black people don't really appreciate what land they have, and typically don't want to farm it. She tells of a particular two siblings who forced the sale of their inhereted land, and with an air of animus concedes "a white man was waiting in line to buy it...it was right near the creek like he wanted." She could not appear more detached and unremittingly disparaging of the obvious differences between whites and blacks. And yet still intends to attribute all aspects of perceived inequality to unequivocal intent by whites who's only goal is to "keep the black man down."

She even begins (approx. 35:00) to bemoan the fact that black people are becoming expressly more independent, and nostalgically reminisces of the days when blacks banded together as an entirely racially motivated group. She does not even recognize that her main belief structure is based solely on segregation and race profiling, while myopically ignoring the natural disbursement that is taking place as the majority is left holding a device of shared hatreds that is both corrosive, and quickly becoming out-dated.

In the interview with AP, Sherrod actually claims that she is uncertain about returning to work in a government position. However, this presents as an entirely disingenuous proposal at best, since she clearly expects a more lofty and visible role as Obama’s personal “ambassador of togetherness.”

It appears that what she is vying for is something with a bit more camera time and of course some extended snack breaks. Truthfully, one cannot help but notice that Sherrod certainly does not pose any threat to the current record time for the 440 yard dash.

While it may seem a bit callous to mention Sherrod’s excessive obesity, the fact is that if Obama is truly intent on appointing Helena Kagan to the Supreme Court -- a liberal activist who does not respect the Constitution and believes the government has the right to tell citizens what to eat -- then the first people in this nation presumed to comply with what will likely be a swarm of predatory edicts evolving during her appointment, should be the government employees themselves; all of them!

When Michelle Obama extols the rewards of a proper diet and claims that the White House is eating organic vegetables out of its own garden then it is time to prove this trajectory of logic with some real action and education. Not just threats that the administration is intent on forcing people to comply with some irascible Nazi dinner menu. But actually put the policies in place which create a nation where it is not so profitable to force cheap, debilitating consumables onto a time constrained and misinformed public.

Truth in advertising, and a media held accountable for its utter contempt of the facts would be a good start.

If Barack Obama truly wants to lead, then he must be required to lead by example. And this does not mean promising to practice what he preaches, but on the contrary, preaching what he has already practiced. What must be realized, however, is the fact that Obama cannot even abate his own cigarette smoking habit. As for his alleged crack cocaine habit, one can only wonder given some of his extremely near-sighted and far overreaching decisions. But I digress.

Sherrod’s obvious lethargy, both physically and principally, are a clear indication that she in no way respects the fundamental values of merit and independence that founded this magnificent nation.

She clearly exudes an entitlement mentality that would cause her to expect that simply because she receives something, she must somehow be deserving of it.

Sherrod is the type of complacent pseudo-individual that is part and parcel of a populous that has helped create the deformed, deranged and diseased beast this nation now understands as its Federal Government.

I will never forget her saying how great it is to work for the Federal Government because even when the rest of the deserving nation is going down the tubes her job is secure simply because the government can act with utter impunity. “Work for the federal government” she said “have you seen any federal government employee lose their job in this recession? Uh huh…that’s all I've got to say.”

I’ll bet anyone gold bars to golf balls that Sherrod is back in a government provided position before you can say “desert anyone?”

Disagree with this analysis if you wish America, and at your own peril. However, Shirley Sherrod is definitely one of the bigoted “lynch pins” of government obesity…and that is a fact.
