It is imperative that this nation begin to understand that the majority of governmental regulatory efforts which simply redirect various channels of the private sector will always create an environment inexorably susceptible to perversion and misinterpretation by those who will exploit any centrally devised mechanism of control to their own benefit.

The financial system and this nation's economy must be governed by a formulae which seeks to promote its primary functions rather than ignorantly excoriate them with default mechanisms which attack the solutions while ignoring the equations.
