The confirmation of Elena Kagan for United States Supreme Court justice will be the straw that broke this despotic congresses back as it simultaneously decimates any confidence typically placed in those who interpret the rule of law in this nation.

Kagan has incessantly, and openly, displayed, or professed an utter hatred for the United States Constitution, and thereby the rule of law in this society. And she has absolutely no interest in, nor intentions of, supporting, protecting or defending its founding principles.

This is a person who does not even believe that Congress does not have the right to tell Americans what to eat. Kagan is the type of preposterously pragmatic neophyte who truly believes that “the ends justifies the means.” She clearly possess neither insight nor intuition, and on the contrary is a blatantly obvious activist who is entirely driven by her personal views.

Kagan is the type of person -- not to be confused to mean “judge” since she has no experience as one -- who will argue in the most ridiculous fashions against this nation’s founding documents, and will misinterpret and abuse the letter of law which created it, at any opportunity.

The only positive thing that will come out of her being nominated to the Supreme Court is that it will exponentially raise the bar for any and all law professionals in this nation, and force the entire society to begin intricately examining the interpretation and letter of every single word in every single law.

The number of law suits against the government in this nation will likely quadruple for every year Kagan is in its employ. This woman’s extremely liberal and leftist bent will raise the ire of so many staunch conservatives that it will appear the entire nation has become an esoterically intellectual ball of fire.

Kagan’s nomination will force the millions of brilliant congenial observers to step from the shadows and claim their rightful place in the limelight. The judicial system will appear as though it is suffering from an infestation of “Constitutional Cockroaches” that are resistant to all tyrannically infused pesticides which seek to bait the average citizen into imbibing their own demise.

Kagan, with her repugnant deceit and precocious absurdity, will put the quintessential face of tyranny on the left’s veiled grasp for inhuman socialist reforms. This will certainly decimate any vestige of legitimacy this government now barely clings to.

It is likely that the ridiculous arguments, opinions and rulings she will force into the legal system will wake even the most blind liberal to the unfortunate and debilitating results of a doctrine that is based solely on ones angst.

Even the consummately complacent and sniveling social whiners will begin to understand that it is better to occasionally lose your shirt as a free and sovereign individual than to pursue security by creating a subordinate environment where everybody is forced to go naked.

Kagan will force a November exodus of Congressional incumbents like never before because there are few people in this nation who are so ill informed as to ignore the fact that neither Democrats nor Republicans are holding Kagan to task on her many exhibitions of utter contempt for both American ideals, and those true Americans who daily cherish and abide by them.

Kagan has shown open contempt for the Constitution many times, and even crafted reforms which succeeded in abolishing the requirement that all Universities receiving federal funds set aside two days to study the U.S. Constitution as a part of every curriculum.

At Harvard Law School, Kagan further instituted courses that rescinded the requirement for first-year law students to study Constitutional Law. Neither is it any longer a requirement as part of graduation.

Alarmingly, Kagan replaced this Constitutional course requirement with three new extremely opposing courses of law. One on Public International Law, involving treaties and international agreements. One on International Economic Law and complex multinational financial transactions. And a third on Comparative Law, which as Kagan states “will introduce students to one or more legal systems outside our own, to the borrowing and transmission of legal ideas across borders and to a variety of approaches to substantive and procedural law that are rooted in distinct cultures and traditions.”

However, the U.S. Constitution prohibits adherence to any foreign legal instruments these students may intend to assimilate into their engagement of this nation’s judicial system. The 11^th Amendment to the Constitution states that “The Judicial powers of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.” This means that the laws of any other nation are prohibited any form of influence or jurisdiction within the judicial system of the United States.

Kagan’s vision of injunctive reforms and radical judicial activism are an entirely horrific and terrifying trajectory for America. Her ideological bent will manifest clear and present dangers to this nation’s sovereignty and the laws which protect and sustain it.

All citizens of this nation must understand that it is America’s many contrasts to other international judicial systems which enables this society to exist in a sovereign and respectable environment of free self expression without cultivating an autonomous atmosphere susceptible to radical anarchy.

It is this nation’s legal system which is responsible for ensuring that the people’s voice is heard, and that those voices, whether shouted en mass, or whispered from the timid brilliant spark of a single soul, possess the same level of audibility.

If Kagan is confirmed to the Supreme Court, it will spell the certain demise of the current form of two party government which now appears to be dead set on destroying this nation.

So bring it on you “smart asses” and give this nation no alternative except to begin legally seeking “some ass to kick.”
