Meg Whitman: The Temptation of the Vice

Is Meg Whitman really right for California?

The fact is that Meg Whitman is a predator. She has made a business of sinking her teeth into the neck of humanity and sucking its lifeblood. She does not engage this society’s mind or heart, but instead seeks to feed off of that which binds them together.

California is in the midst of a financial crisis that, regardless of its cause, has forced voters to demand that something be done to trim the ever-growing bloated and inefficient government in the state. Furthermore, it has become increasingly obvious that the corruption and corporate pandering run amok in Washington is to blame for much of the destabilization of the national economy. Not to mention that the ongoing wars, feeding a military industrial complex, are a constant drain.

In the midst of all this, there are plenty of bloodthirsty profiteers who are getting filthy rich, and investing money in the devalued resources, while simultaneously gearing up to get fat off of the expected inflationary bubbles that will come as a result...and then further enrich themselves as they inexorably burst.

Whitman is one of these profiteers. And while there is nothing wrong with being successful, nor is there anything particularly sinister about being a predator, dissociate wealth is destructive. But Whitman is what she is, and she exists quite lucratively because this has become a nation where people are convinced that animal instincts can be superimposed on the human condition. Moreover, many people truly believe that humans are evolved from animals, and intend to demonstratively consort with this feral substrate in the kill or be killed, survival of the fittest realm created by the ignorantly theoretical ramblings of Charles Darwin.

Truly, natural selection has very little to do with any expected posterity of the human species, and is far too often employed as merely an excuse for ignoring the many responsibilities humans must conform to if they are to exist equitably in an intelligent realm. The perversion and despotism that has been cultivated in the fertile grounds of this ignorant species’ misappropriation of social and sexual engagement is destroying this society’s ability to truly progress.

To be clear; simply trading one experience for another in a staircase of experimental unconventionality is not progress. The stairway can lead anywhere, and as far as physics is concerned, such a stairway will always take the path of least resistance…downward.

Unfortunately, in today’s world dominance has taken on a life of its own, and has been relegated to an abusive behavior that is delineated as one’s personal enjoyment of the denigration, oppression, or merely just control, of others.

Dominance has become a destructive force in American society because it is now commonly believed to be that which is reserved only to those in positions of power or authority. And this dysfunctional interpretation of its exclusivity has allowed dominance to degrade into a pejorative misnomer that is most often associated with supremacy or superiority.

However, in the intelligent realm this is not the case. Actually, in most any realm of life science dominance is simply the prefecture of a life force’s place in the symmetrical order of things. It is merely a form of accountability wherein a living organism is expected to engage its designed function so as to guarantee the survival of that organism’s associative generation.

Dominance, in the social human context, is a benevolent exposition of self control rather than self assertion, and it is first and foremost that which commands more able humans to forgo their own personal advancement, and seek the survival of the weak, the infirmed, the aged and the depressed.

Dominance is that which engages the conscience of intelligent beings, and enables this species to investigate its surroundings. Dominance is the heart that drives this humanity to seek the emancipation of its most delicate and creative instruments…aspirations.

Dominance is the very breath that gives life to humanity’s dreams. Dominance is love.

If one will note, it is that which finds itself without choice, in the depths of despair, chained and unresponsive, that must seek to despise, hate, and control or force the world around it into compliance with its needs.

Even so, a truly dominant human being can find their self stripped of all hope, downtrodden and devalued by all they have ever known, unloved and despised…and still be able to lend a hand to even the most laudable of today’s society, because courage knows no physical boundaries, and thus is that which can only manifest in the spiritual realm. For moral courage is the only courage there is. Physical courage is simply ignorance exacerbated by fear.

In the societies of intelligent beings, it is those with the most choices who are most commanded by the cosmos to stimulate indelible respect and protection of the species’ fragile counterparts of the dichotomy. An this dichotomy is that which sustains all life in this Universe.

What is imperative is understanding just who are the people who possess the most choices. And it is rarely those with the most money, since it is typically one’s lack of choices which drives them to seek the tool of wealth to supplement this disability.

To propose to exist in an intellectual world where survival is reserved for the fittest, and natural selection devolves an ignorant anti-choice upon the species, is a recipe for self destruction.

Fortunately, this species is not capable of self destruction. However, one must certainly take into consideration the fact that this world’s intelligent beings are not the only such beings in the Universe, and thus this incapability of self annihilation is only as effective here on this planet concordant with its percentage of saturation within the Universe.

Don’t tempt fate.
