Olberman Aptly Refers To Palin As "An Idiot"

So it appears that Keith Olberman, on his show, called Sarah Palin an “idiot”, and who can blame him? Sarah Palin is an idiot.

This is a woman who, on national television, claimed that the war in Iraq is “god’s war” like it is some holy, sanctimonious ritual that has a higher purpose which is sanctioned by the great Santa Clause in the sky she obviously appears to worship and serve.

She appears to have absolutely no compunction when it comes to the subject of murdering other human beings, regardless of the very real fact that she has little, or no, personal knowledge of the specific mechanisms which are instigating or exacerbating the wars this nation is engaging in.

Palin believes that her Christian god is the leader of this nation, and that there should be no separation of church and state. She would likely argue with this assertion because it would make her unpopular with much of the Tea Party movement which are typically staunch Constitutionalists. However, her many references of fanatical allegiance to, and political cohesion with, her chosen faith prove her to be a religious nut-job that will treat church and state as one authoritarian entity.

She also believes that the words “in god we trust” on United States currency is some issue to be fervently debated. When actually, there are plenty of fine people in this nation who do not identify with her imaginary friend, and furthermore, find it objectionable that such a delusional belief system which has been responsible for incredible amounts of brutality and alienation upon the human species, is memorialized on such a pervasive medium.

In her favor, she is actually quite adept at public speaking and spouting convincing sophistry, but then most sociopaths are. What makes her ignorant rhetoric more palatable than much of the other politicians in this nation is that she delivers it with a country bumpkin drawl that has become nothing short of nauseating to this author.

But then, for me, she lost a lot of her appeal when she began openly engaging in juvenile mud-slinging and shameless self promotion. Now she is competing with Bill Maher for acerbically asinine rants and prehistoric pragmatism.

The only difference between Palin and Maher appears to be that she doesn’t openly attack Americans as politically unconcerned, self absorbed and ignorant.

Her only real appeal is that she has a very attractive physical appearance. I mean, let’s face it, if she looked as creepy as Ellen Degenerous does on the latest issue of Shape, she would not have nearly the draw.

No, I don’t have a bone to pick with Ellen, I just find it rather nauseating that her kooky smile and excessively masculine femininity (if there is such a thing) shows up on so many magazine covers and products. It appears that she is just the poster child for lesbianism more than anything else.

Palin also does not appear to be very informed when it comes to the actual daily activities of the country, or groundbreaking and controversial issues that do not make headlines. She appears most concerned with whatever current issue is being hammered into the publics mind by the state controlled media in this country.

The only supreme court ruling she can name is Roe v Wade, when there are so many other pressing rulings, such as that against the Clean Water Act where the term “navigable waterways” was erroneously interpreted, or the ruling that “money is speech”, and others.

She also does not seem to know much about the United States Constitution or the role of the Executive office in this nation. But of course, she has recently changed her position to a more establishment-worthy, obsequious role of some kind of pseudo-maverick. Which is perfectly in line with the status quo that is attempting to strangle the country with authoritarian edicts and romanticized warmongering, regardless of which of the two parties are in office.

Palin’s recent reference to republican women as “mamma grizzlies” makes it increasingly difficult to take her seriously, and her constant pandering to women as a political figure just smacks of disingenuous rhetoric meant to garner support for an election campaign. Kind of deters from the impact of a claim to be “going rogue.”

At least she is very outspoken concerning many Constitutional principles that the majority of the government is ignoring, and is certainly correct when she say’s that Obama would ban all guns if he could.

Unfortunately, much of her actions cause this author to worry that much of it is just an act to align her with the sea change that is happening in this nation. She has all the markings of a turncoat who will promise more than Obama did, and then sell the public out.

Hopefully nobody is seriously considering this woman for the role of president of the United States.
