Mark Levin Claims Murder Is A "Moral Act"
Mark Levin, an author and radio show host whom I respect for many of his views and steadfast dedication to constitutional principles and American ideals, is unfortunately rather near-sighted when it comes to the subject of murdering people. Levin emphatically supports the death penalty in the United States, and even sounds ridiculously feral, or riotously vengeful, when confronted with the dichotomy of this nation’s judicial system punishing a murderous rapist by sentencing him to life in prison without the possibility of parole, rather than sanctimoniously condemning him to death. What is problematic about the enforcement of capital punishment in a society is that this type of collective policy, or rancorous behavior, first and foremost ignores the actual equations that are creating what are most certainly social solutions, rather than problems. Regardless of whether any result of a particular equation manifests as either sweet or bitter, it is still a solution, as are all exuded tangibles. And these solutions -- whether positive or negative -- are only created by the collective contribution of a society. There truly are no tangible “problems” in the world. A problem is merely an ether which conceptualizes the mechanics of “equative reasoning” and is typically a collection of formulae, equation, and solution. First one must realize that there is no equation to a problem, and thus the codification of anything tangible as a problem ignores the equation which is the creator of the misconstrued "problem." Just because religious conservatives and maniacal liberals incessantly claim that acts of depraved carnality and murder are born of an evil entity which possesses and controls alleged psychopaths, and that these individuals are islands of demonic intent that can then be committed to an ancient and ignorant concept that is to this very day regarded as “holy murder”, does not make it true. Murder is murder, any way you slice it. The commission of the act with a smile, a sneer or a somber rectitude, lends it no more, or less, legitimacy, and is irrelevant to the complacency and recidivism that the act cultivates. This is not the same as “self defense” when one is protecting one’s own life or another’s that is in imminent present danger. However, this act is only indemnified as a default mechanism required by a society that has allowed many other crises to evolve unchecked…but I digress. There is neither malady nor magnificence exuded in a society, in any way whatever, but that which each and every human being involved contributes to creating, unwittingly or not. One cannot truly succeed in associating only with that which one agrees with in a society, nor be truly divest of that which one despises. All are accountable for the effects which exfoliate within and without that which they either contribute to, or merely allow to exist. To be certain of this, one must also understand that to expressly deny the contribution of even one person -- either by coercion or subversion -- in any group, regardless of size, is to deny all persons in that group. To understand this reality one must realize that the human individual is entirely unique in every way. Each and every human life on this planet is a veritable island, and it is only social bridges which the ignorance of humanity allows this species to create among the collective congress of such individuals, that enable the manifestation of likeness. However, each individual is still a unique creation unto itself. This is caused by the dynamics of the Universe and this planets trajectory within it. No matter what day or year a person is born, or what geographical location they may find their self conceived or birthed in, there is not one person on this planet that has ever been born at the same exact coordinate as another…period. And thus no person truly has ever been born at the same time as another. When one understands that time is merely degrees of distance, then this of course equates to a “time-space” relativity that is as real and tangible as a solid block of carbon steel. Therefore, to reiterate, the denial of even one person and their unique contribution, is the denial of every other person on this planet, and their right to be influenced, affected or enlightened by that individual. And if the person who was denied, happens to be the one person in a thousand years who is capable of conceptualizing a species-critical concept that enables a particularly crucial progress, then humanity suffers as a whole. Why it is so important to educate humanity to this reality, is because this helps people to understand that the “human social collective” is an individually mechanized structure that is pervasively accountable in such a way that capital punishment is an act of murder upon every member of a society. Not simply because the murdered individual is then not present in the social realm, but also because the rest of the society then does not realize the need to prohibit such atrocities, both by engaging the equations, and bearing personal responsibility for rectifying them, in the furtherance of geo-social progress. For example, imagine that a car won’t start, and rather than take the time to investigate the cause, or ask the owner if there is fuel in the tank, the mechanic simply removes the engine and replaces it. Or even more ridiculous, advises the owner to just purchase a new car and send the old one to the scrap heap. This would eventually devolve into a society where nobody could afford to own a car. Or just imagine a world where humanity has discovered how to more efficiently deal out death and destruction, but is still burning witches and believes that sickness and diseases are the result of curses and demons, rather than preventable maladies caused by contact with microorganisms. To put it mildly, there would be no eugenicists in such a society, since there would be no perceived population explosion. Life expectancy would likely be about 25 years for the average individual. It must be understood that a society which is allowed, or convinced, to seek corporeal retribution for transgressions against another, is a society which will devolve to the point of seeking vengeance in increasing degrees which are not bound to a logical mechanism and thus shall create exponential animosities that will eventually destroy the will of “common good.” Furthermore, this crisis has been growing in American society for generations and is debasing the logical realms of morality. To be perfectly clear, capitol punishment is anything but logical. What is remarkable about Mark Levin and his radio program, is that he claims that capital punishment is a moral act. However, morality is merely logic in action, and the religious extremists who plagiarized the concept of morality -- brutally hijacking a treasure trove of ancient wisdom from the planet’s indefatigably symbiotic pagans -- turned it into some adulterated form of anti-logic which severed the humanity from humans with sanctimonious blasphemy against the power of this Universe…a power which is simply the divine example of cosmic compliance. If people truly are beside themselves with grief and angst as the result of some maniac raping and killing a family member, or kidnapping their child, they should step back from the conflagrating blaze long enough to see the many irons and billows forging in, and feeding, the depraved social fire that creates these criminals…and direct their energies there.
