President Barack Obama, a constitution-hating lawyer who now lauds the efforts of John Yoo -- a noted sycophant and sociopath who’s legal opinions helped the Bush era judiciary craft the famous “torture memos” -- has the nerve to claim that “the courts should not meddle in national security affairs.”

Truly, just who the plug does this man think he is? And who the plug does he think he's fooling. Furthermore, just who does anyone in the Executive branch of the government now preposterously dictating to the people of this free and constitutional republic, think they are?

It appears entirely likely that Barack Obama would plug a madcow-infected bovines arse if he thought it would gain him points with the power elite and their foreign counterparts.

This is a nation of free people who are part and parcel of a democratically elected government of laws. And this government is bound by all statutes within the United States Constitution which governs each and every action it engages in…period.

There is none above the law, and the CIA has for far too many decades been allowed to subvert this law under the guise of a scurrilously created arena of national security.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy, one of this nation’s greatest presidents, courageously fought back against this tyrannical edifice and was murdered for it. He may have been a little late in realizing the criminal exploits of the national security agencies in this nation, but he nonetheless endeavored to set the record straight by first denouncing his initial obsequiousness to their feigned legitimacy and preposterous pragmatism.

Barack Obama is proving himself to be a criminally minded despot who is likely nothing more than a corporate shill.

His ever increasing engagements of proposed prerogatives which flout the United States Constitution, and as well the will of the people, are a sign that he is not in any way interested in furthering the aims of freedom, and in contrast is employing deception as a means of gaining authoritarian rule for a government which will use it as a partnership agreement with plutocratic entities and corporate conglomerates; conglomerates that many times clearly mirror the concept of a monopoly.

Obama, against his word to the American people, has extended the Patriot Act allowing him, in his own personal judgment, to categorize everyday Americans as “enemy combatants” who he claims then have no legal rights.

His foreign policies -- regarding American citizens visiting foreign lands -- are now seeking the legalization of assassination, claiming that if Americans are suspected of involvement in the nearly indiscernible realm of terrorism, then they can be murdered. This is in complete violation of the United States Constitution which prohibits such acts and demands that all persons be afforded due process of law, since all accused persons are first innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

It must be understood that anyone in the ranks who will resort to the tactics of the opposition were never an ally…end of story.

He is also seeking legislation to allow the government to control the internet; giving them the authority to shut it down at will under the guise of securing the nation against threats of what they call Cyber Terrorism; a threat which is far too vague and ripe for interpretive manipulation under proposed, or possibly contrived, extenuating circumstances.

The Obama administration is now taking the side of Woo in flagrant contempt for the people of this nation and their honorable denunciation of acts of torture.

This nation’s citizens are wise enough, and courageous enough, to suspend all acts of extraordinary rendition even in the face of the government’s constant threats of coming attacks amid a theatre of terrorism they are demonstrably creating, and are fully responsible for. And yet Obama expects the people to just allow him to roll over the nation in a constitution burning conflagration of social reform the likes of which Stalin or Mao would employ.

The presidency of Barack Obama will go down in American history as one of the most illegitimate and detached administrations since that of Roosevelt, who many times stated he intended to be “America’s last president and its first dictator.”

One bright spot on the horizon is the fact that his derelict pragmatism and overt mendacities are opening the people’s eyes to much of the government charade with lightning speed.

Ron Paul is logically becoming more popular by the second, as neo-con shills such as Sarah Palin -- with her delusional warmongering bent and religiosity -- are proving themselves to be disingenuous idiots who haven’t the insight, nor inspiration necessary to lead a group of children to the corner store without turning it into a national crisis.

Texas governor Rick Perry, who also has his sights set on a bid for the presidency, is in line with much of the Obama discrepancies and is a Bilderberg attendee who endorses the North American Union (NAU), and NAFTA Superhighway. Both of these proposals, regardless of the governments efforts to discredit them as paranoid delusions of conspiracy theorists, have been proven to be utterly irrefutable in the face of obtained official government documents and videotaped statements by Mexican government officials.

For those who do not know, the NAU is a proposal by the United States government to end the nation’s sovereignty by combining Mexico, Canada and the United States into one country while simultaneously creating a new money supply. The problem with this proposal is the fact that it would wipe out all of the governments accountability to the American people, both in debt and deed, and would usher in an authoritarian rule that would be in no way complimentary to the aspirations of a free nation.

Mexico its self is one of the richest countries in terms of national resources. However, the majority of its citizens live in severe poverty and squalor because of the corruption in its government.

In paralleling the analogy, Haiti, thought to be one of the world’s poorest countries, actually possesses huge reserves of gold, silver, bauxite, and other mineral resources that are being stolen from them under the United Nations occupation that has now increased since the earthquake which shattered the lives of the people living in that region. For decades Haiti has been fighting to free themselves of the despotism incessantly imported from other countries such as the United States, who’s Clinton administration enabled a coup de etat which overthrew the democratically elected leader in opt for a more docile government which would serve the aims of mining companies, both American and Canadian.

These companies are clearly operating well outside of the people’s best interests, and are also poisoning the ground water with the many chemicals, such as cyanide, used in most mining operations. The permit’s the companies were required to apply for and maintain met much resistance in the former democratic government which allowed the people to have a say. But now, the American and Canadian mining corporations operating in Haiti have had their permits, valid for 50 years, automatically renewed amid the current occupation which has rescinded that nation’s sovereignty.

If the NAU and NAFTA superhighway are allowed, Americans will find themselves under international authority which will silence their voice, and will allow huge amounts of drug trade to cross its borders on the way to Canada. It will also facilitate the raping of this country's resources much like that now transpiring in Haiti.

Barack Obama is not only a socialist authoritarian who believes that the government should run the country, make decisions for individuals, and manipulate the markets with regulations that flout the law, he is a fool who will sell out this nation’s liberty loving and auspicious peoples to the highest bidder.

Does this make him a traitor? Well, if one realizes that he may be merely acting like a fool, the analogy speaks for itself.
