FINANCE, FRAUD and FREEDOM: REVIVING ECONOMIC EQUITY.
So much of the leadership community in this nation is incessant of fear mongering about the caps proposed on executive compensation, when it is quite obvious that excessive compensation bonuses and incentives are predominantly what elicited the business world, financiers and Wall-Street-fat-cats to create this economic tidal wave in the first place.
When financial traders, and stock brokers are allowed to be compensated with scalable, and many times inequitable, incentive packages and bonuses, this indelibly creates an environment rich in moral hazard and greed based exploits which largely shun meritorious recognition, fair salaries, and ethical behaviors.
Once an investment company or brokerage firm begins to hold indispensable profit and pay-scale above respectable production and progress, any truly honorable and deserving employee will be marginalized or forced out of the process in opt for a more goal oriented subordinate…typically unscrupulous and ruthless at best, but far too often, odious and criminal at worst.
Many large corporations now seek out the most vile and sadistically greedy business executives available, to head up the various investment and financial strategy departments their stock market holdings and investors now require.
Defrauding share-holders and limiting access to essential financial data becomes paramount in this type of environment, and much of the financial world then finds itself at-risk to insiders manipulating and destabilizing the markets with shady, criminally negligent, disingenuous and reckless tactics.
The only reason there is so much misfeasance and out-right malfeasance in the overblown and currently receding markets these avaricious and decadently materialistic hounds have created, is because there are far too many owners and CEOs seeking dubiously designed and insensitively egocentric “talent” (business partners and executives) these days, which are driven to excel or succeed at any cost; except their own, or those who supply them with the means to nefariously feed off of subordinates or investors kept at deniable degrees of distance from them.
Exploitation has become the name of the game in this nation, and much of the misfeasance and abuse is finding an extremely profitable home in the new and more pervasively deceptive world of International
Finance.
The fact is that much of English Colonialism has for decades sought to spread its paternal tentacles to the United States and attempt to engender a unification of the Americas (north and south) under a more colonial type of rule. The conceptualization of the North American Union (NAU) is not so far removed from the efforts and visions ensconced upon select groups of people by financiers such as Andrew Carnegie, and it is highly unlikely any of these groups have abandoned such efforts…but I digress.
What is most disconcerting is that many in the United States Government, and the various federal agencies concerned, will actually deny that a NAU concept even exists, or that legislation such as NAFTA, and others, have been enacted to compile various efforts at progressing this concept within the two countries paramount to this intended union…Mexico and Canada.
It is no surprise that former president George W Bush is enlisting businessmen at speaking engagements in Canada, or that there are plenty of protestors attending them as well. Regardless of the fact that most of the protestors are incensed about Bush’s criminal exploits and war crimes, much of his intended political agenda was rather ostensibly aimed at destabilizing this country while simultaneously furthering international exploits among contemporaries such as the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission.
It certainly does not take a genius to realize that Bush’s unconstitutional and unpatriotically derisive grasp for veritable dictatorial powers were indelibly superseded by much of the activities of his father, former president George Herbert Walker Bush, and his administration, and the exploits in Nazi Germany of his grandfather Prescott Bush.
However, what is rather disconcerting, is the fact that much of the actions now being employed by Barack Obama and his administration, appear to be vying for a slightly askew form of equal control by nationalizing much of the flailing market rather than allowing it to right itself, and sending the main perpetrators of this criminally solicited fiasco where they belong…a prison cell.
This may appear to be straying from the subject at hand. However, one cannot truly analyze the current economic crisis, both national and international, without considering that much of the bailout monies are greatly assisting and enabling these possible aims at domination, by devaluing the dollar and destabilizing American and international markets to the point that a NAU concept, and New World Order type Globalization, appears more desirable.
Unfortunately, the fact is that economic crises coupled with unfettered governmental powers are a perfect environment for success in disingenuous and despotic grasps for control over entire nations. Hungry, homeless and unemployed citizens can be led into some rather rash contracts with leadership, especially when that leadership begins to play such a demonstrable role in their financial markets, small businesses and corporations.
It would be rather wise for the citizens of this nation to begin asking why the government is taking such an illogical course and appearing to be so incompetent, and many times contemptuous toward the constitutional values set forth as this country’s “supreme law of the land”.
The government is taking extremely unwarranted measures, and drawing excessively insensitive lines by handing over huge amounts of public revenues to companies that they now claim are “too big to fail”. Too big for whom? These companies are doing questionable business at best, and are most undoubtedly seeking only capital gains regardless of where it is, or who it comes from. In such an overextended and unsustainable international market, these activities are interminably reaching out among treasonous manipulations and manifestations. Not to mention, many of those engendering and enabling this kind of skullduggery are lawyers which in truth are betrothed to The Crown simply by proximity within the Bar Association…another illicit and “Common Law” area to be explored later.
If these companies are too big to fail, then they are most certainly too big to do business. It is quite obvious that they have no intention of truly serving their share holders, or holding themselves accountable to them. These corporate executives’ illicit arena of secrecy and disparate concerns are allowing them to distance themselves from indelibly criminal and contemptuous behaviors, as they pilfer trillions of dollars from global markets and send millions of people to untimely deaths…or unimaginably oppressive lives.
Even worse is the reality that much of these companies are being headed and delegated to by elected officials with a vested interest in them. Can anyone say National Socialism…or more transparently, Nazism?
The larger a corporation grows, the more likely they are to be unable to meet goals equitably and ethically, since much of the executive powers being opted for, are becoming unsustainable amid these companies’ managerial entities’ typical interventions of inequitable pay-scales and employee neglect. Large corporations will always have significant employee concerns and contentions which they will be required to deal with, and few business managers graduating from the intemperate and irreverent educational facilities in this nation (and many others) possess the skills necessary to properly handle them.
What options do employees have but strikes and walk-outs, as unions are being corrupted and co-opted amid a theatre of decadent and oppressive management, and coercive or even threatening, policies which propose to exploit their workers under conditions allowed in other more totalitarian and authoritarian countries they then send their manufacturing plants to as the laws are lobbied into favor using corrupt and collusive practices allowed by government, and insolently justified by moral obfuscation and absurd legalese? This may be a “paragraph sentence”, and maybe I use them too often. However, the analogy is unfinished, as the intention attempts to lead readers into understanding a necessary thought process, aptly termed (by me) “rhythmental processing”.
Furthermore, it is high time that any and all company executives begin understanding, and admitting, that no corporation could ever exist without the many levels of workers it must employ. To assume that merely because a concept is discovered or created by one person, that suddenly that one person deserves to reap insane rewards, and live in a lap of excessively decadent luxury, while those shoring up and supporting the company that concept created, live in unhealthy and dangerous squalor, is a most insolent and unnerving assumption, to say the least. This type of disproportionately entitled mania and plagiaristic fervor which seeks to deny all that truly exists within this Universe, is unsustainable at best, and cataclysmically absurd at worst.
Nothing on this planet, nor in this Universe, allows such deplorable designations of worth. All contributions to the many creative talents of humankind are a concerted effort, and no individual nor group can ever be allowed to pretend, or assume, that they are the ones who deserve sole credit. Even the most ingenious and uniquely exceptional discoveries or creations are still apportioned within a Universally congruent context, and therefore cannot be allowed to expel any of the many contributions by those who are then consigned to these discoveries’ manipulations.
It is, of course, necessary to give credit where credit is due. However, this requirement cannot be misinterpreted and allowed to engender a justification for abusing the many partners, producers and purveyors which typically enable the proliferation of that credit. Moreover, all consumers contributing to such proliferation must always be held in the highest regard.
This world is generously absolved by a Universe of give and take, positive and negative, and the equations that complete the process are not interminably held to destinations of, nor desires for, solution, but are indelibly amorphous of the fact that the question is the answer.
Far too much of human activities are unreasonably incessant of the illegitimate concept that the ends justifies the means. Unwittingly or not, this concept is being employed with complete abandon, and the imperialistic and fundamentally unsound manipulations of a fear based, colonially religious and complacently unaccountable humanity perversely indoctrinated with delusional superiorities and destructive mental dispositions, are creating societies undeterred by the ruthless and bloodthirsty manifestations of misinterpreted fears and shared hatreds.
This nation, and the world, must begin to live with courage. Not physical courage, since there is no such thing beyond the permissive environment of morality, because all violent and oppressive human behaviors are subordinate to an obsession with, and misinterpretation of, fear. But moral courage, as there is no other kind of courage, and no greater a vested and creative human ability.
Courage is what allows compassion, generosity, respect, tolerance, creativity, credibility…and of course, love; true love. That which say’s: I will be there for you even when you cannot be there for yourself. I will treat you with respect even if you do not respect yourself. I will show you the way, rather than demand you follow me. I will first love myself so that I can see clearly into the soul of those around me…and shed a true and faithful light of love to all…freedom!
