EPA's "Most Wanted List": Why do they all claim to be White? (edited)
As happy as I am to see that the EPA is taking their job seriously and attempting to apprehend and hold accountable the many greedy profiteers who are constantly poisoning this planet. It appears rather idiotic to allow the description of these criminals' ethnicity to be a deception. Why is it every time some white collar or environmental crime occurs, it is predominantly placed in the lap of the alleged "White Kingdom"? Which, I as a white person of Irish/German decent have never actually seen, or been any type of beneficiary of, that is most certain.
If one takes even a slight glance at these photos and descriptions proferred by the EPA, one will quickly note that, although they most all claim to be of "white ethnicity", they most certainly are not white and do not even have anything remotely caucasian in their names. Omran Alghazouli is most certianly not white. Neither are Mohamad Mahmoud Almhchie, Arthure Ros Bustamante, Raul Chavez Beltran, Allesandro Giordano nor many of the other criminals on this list of supposed "white" poeple. With the exception of a few "white colored" foreigners.
This is somewhat of a touchy subject, as it should be for any "white" people who have spent much time in Hawaii. In that state they are so blatantly racist and completely ignorant about it that they call white people "haoli's" right to their face, even in businesses, which simply means somebody who does not respect the land. Funny thing is, the only people I have ever seen throw trash everywhere and do things like bury dirty diapers in the sand on the beach, were local Hawaiians along with various other Micronesians and South Pacific Islanders.
This vehement and bigoted behavior is perpetrated by people on Oahu who are being taught it is the white money making them homeless, when it is really just their own people selling them out. In 2004, merely to lessen the damage to hotel basements *, the city of Waikiki actuallly decided to intentionally dump over 400 milliion gallons of raw and partially treated sewage into the Alawai Canal. A canal they hoped would carry the fetid pollution out to the deep ocean (where it also certainly does not belong). However, their calculations were (duh!) wrong, and the sewage ended up all over Waikiki Beach and it had to be closed for months. Some people who fell into the Alawai Marina during this time acutally died from the diseases they caught.
*Edit: Basements which hold the entire building's emergency generators, making them useless in one of the most likely natural disasters in the region...flooding. This is irresponsible and illogical design parameters that should never have been allowed to be engineered and installed in a city such as Waikiki, where it rains most of the winter. On top of this, the force mains in that particular area were deemed by private contractors who had nothing to gain, that the city ignored, "an iminent failure" if any type of storm stress were placed on them...which happens every year. The city did nothing...NOTHING!!!
Do Hawaiians apprise the visitors to the island that much of that sewage is still saturating the dirty land fill sand they used to create Waikiki Beach? Of couse not. Take plenty of Peroxide and antibiotic ointment with you to the beach.
Even more sinister is the fact that many of the sewage pipes and other waste infrastructure have not even been inspected for over 40 years. The cracks in these old cement pipes damaged by the brackish ground water, allow much of the islands rains on the famed North Shore to leak into the pipes then causing them to gush raw sewage into the ocean, streams and soil. There are an average of over 180 major spills in Hawaii every year, with millions of gallons of contamination being irresponsibly dumped. These statistics are from a paper I wrote on the subject, and are for the years 1999 to 2005, and what is most alarming is that the mayor of Honolulu who preceded Mufi Hanneman, emptied the city's "sewage fund" of over $190 million over a four year period while these spills continued, to allegedly balance the city budget, leaving it at $0 when Hanneman took over as mayor.
None of those people who were irreverently destroying the environment, and then hipocritically blaming it on white people, were any lighter than a peice of burnt Koa wood, and if respecting the land makes you "one native", while disrespecting the land and our planet's magnificent environment for nothing short of a little greasy profit, makes you "one haoli", then these ignorant and deceitful bigots who call themselves "Hawaiians", need to change their name to "Puka", "wat bradda, like ack? nobody neva for teach ya no betta?"
