In my perfect society the irritating and scary people would be those bored and degenerate souls who do not get enjoyment from the simple things in life, and instead would be on the street corners asking people, “does anybody need twenty dollars for something to eat?”, or saying “I got my Christmas bonus from the Humanity Company I work for, and now my Personal Equity company say’s I have too many assets to get the new lower rates, does anybody want a Ferrari?”.
