What is Wrong With America

A recent ariticle on Yahoo Finance, "Company's Tap Pension Plans to Fund Executive Benifits", clearly illuminates the main problem in this nation. The intrusion of the government in the daily affairs of a complicitely free market is a vehicle for corruption in the most basic of forms. The justification for manipulation begats the justification for manipulation, and human nature, as contemporary society defines it, cannot withstand this onslaught of exploitive ignorance. To presume and propose any tax break for any entity whatsoever is a conflict of national interest, and the implications of such activity reveal the incompetence of those governing the daily machinations of this nation.

Cooperative cohesion is paramount to success, and any society not investing in such behavior is a haven for the abuse of power. Employees handcuffed by the state are then more susceptible to the intolerance of the few, emancipated "executives", at the top.

This article is just one more example of a long plagiarized moniker of "partnership", that suggests people invest in their future by contributing to a company that is already under paying them...a declining dollar. The manipulation of profits and exploits in this nation is overwhelmingly criminal and unconstitutional, and much of the supposed "laws" are nothing more than policies and regulations designed to garner revenues.

This nation's politicians do not seek to change the equation, but rather, to attempt to manipulate the solution. Most of this nation's politicians are concerned with one thing only...how to stay in power...how to get re-elected...how to appear like they know what they are talking about.

Unfortunately, they are not allowed to rule, as far as the constitution and America's Founding Fathers were concerned...that is the citizens' job. The government is only meant to protect the freedom of the individual. How ironic that this nation's government, and many other entities, now predominantly attack and attempt to abuse the individual.

This nation's citizens must begin to realize that freedom means the people must employ the daily responsibilities necessary to be free. This nation must realize that much of the actions of this republic more closely resemble the actions of a people desirous of a dictator, monarch or king. Freedom is hard work and due diligence, gilt with a hearty layer of tolerance. Moreover, this is a society ripe for the plunder, and therefore, its citizens must be all that much more vigilant in thwarting espionage and despotism.

This is a nation of free people, and the corporation is an entity created by them and allowed existence by a government of the people, for the people and by the people, and this nation may very well need to prove its civilian might once again, in an effort to level the playing field.
