The Mechanics of Societal Suicide
Well, here is what was inspired by your dilema. Maybe I will blog it.
I find far too much remedial thinking when it comes to dietary issues and their connection to the body’s daily functions. I do not disagree with someone advising a person to drink flax oil in hopes of improving or healing some joint or tendon problem, however, if you are not using it on a daily basis as a dietary supplement then attempting to employ it as a remedy will likely do no real good, and truth be told, far too many people attempt to use these “natural cures” as substitutes for properly governed habits.
Generally, if you are to find true healing and strength of body you are going to have to get it incrementally and methodically. There really is no quick fix nor cure-all, and anything that appears to accomplish this near impossibility is typically, inherently corrosive when used as such.
What is most heartening about the knowledge that there is no quick fix, is the learned fact that there is also no truly “incurable”, and it is very difficult to cross the line into a “chronic” condition absent an extreme amount of abuse and neglect. It is biological ignorance, along with the many poisons that are being literally injected into much of the population on a daily basis, that are so destructive to the body.
Stop eating anything processed. Only eat single items that you process yourself. Nothing out of a can. Nothing out of a box unless it only has one ingredient and sea salt (certain corn chips are ok). No sugar, complex, simple or refined...not even in fruit. Anything, fruit or otherwise, with over 5% sugar merely ferments and turns to alcohol within the body (no, not the fun kind. The kind that feeds and overpopulates certain “bugs” in the body = high acidity). No dairy products; lactic acid is corrosive and is necessary for the incubation of most cancer cells. I have also proven it is accumulative.
There is also the issue of Calcium. I believe that it is not necessary for women to take Calcium supplements, but it is rather imperative that all people learn to eat the things that allow them to RETAIN Calcium, mostly within their bones and teeth, but also in their blood and muscle. One must eat oxygenating water foods to accomplish this; basically raw greens.
Also essential, is understanding the balance of the diet. One cannot just eat all greens and alkaline ingredients, the body requires essential oils and fatty acids as well as starches and carbohydrates. On the subject of meat, the truth is that the body merely tolerates the consumption of meat, charred or raw, and the human digestive system draws out of the meat all of the intrinsic and "process" poisons because humans are herbivores with a system specifically designed to extract sugars and proteins from green plant life which many of the planet’s carnivorous beasts cannot process. Instead, lions, tigers and such, get their “essential greens” from the stomach of whatever animal they happen to consume. Their digestive system is also specifically designed to quickly excrete the waste through intestines that do not squeeze out the poisons into their system. One will note that these predators will eat the gut and intestines first. The fact is that the evolutionary cycles of this planet enabled the creation of predators, and their digestive systems and organs reflect the activities they are predestined to employ. However, they, like all living things on this planet, also require “green protein”, they just are designed to get it from the flesh, blood and guts of other beasts; humans are not.
What I find most amazing these days (and rather scary) is the fact that people predominantly eat for pleasure. I do not understand this. When I see somebody licking an ice cream cone or wolfing down some disgustingly greasy pizza, I get chills because I know that these things are so destructive to the body, and the only reason people eat them is because they have been taught to, and because they enjoy the taste. I eat only for sustenance and healing, and rarely care what my food tastes like as long as it is not repulsive. Just because some “food” produces a curly mound, does not mean it did anything for you or is even edible. Much of what people eat is simply TOLERATED by their body. If somebody dies of cancer or heart disease then chances are it was a slow suicide. Even some of the more destructive consumables such as cigarettes, meat and alcohol are still somewhat tolerable as long as one is careful to limit their intake of these poisons, while seeing clear to ingest those foods necessary to protect the body’s organs, and heal the damage caused.
Paramount to the issue of health and longevity is understanding the critical relationship between those various combinations of foods and activities which can manifest the most dangerous maladies. One or two vices in moderation will rarely have any ill effects on the body. Conversely, combining many particularly destructive behaviors is crippling in the long run, and too often in the short one as well. It is also wise to consider that even two or three excessively perverse or corrosive habits can lead to a cataclysmic demise. Be good to yourself, who wants to die a slow, miserable and painful death? It is best to live a full life and welcome the reaper with a gentle hand shake.
I am not claiming to be perfect, I learned what I know from my many mistakes made within the world I was taught (or rather, had bludgeoned into me). I have, however, been doing much research, and have been proving this currently accepted world to be predominantly delusional, and severely destructive, ever since I could formulate a cognizant thought.
One can have a robust lifestyle and vivacious body well into their nineties and above, and it is much simpler than people think. One must disabuse their mind and body of the many destructive and abusive products and “necessities” flowing out of the various societies’ “greedy-rich-corporate-filth” like a raging river. Food and consumables can never be sold for real profit…period. To intend real profit from the sale of food merely guarantee’s that consumers will always, ALWAYS, get a substandard, and largely poisonous, product. The main consideration here is the activities of the middle man. A farmer who is selling to his own community and engaging in trade and barter as well, will always create a healthy and sustainable environment, or find himself out of business. A company seeking to purchase in bulk, and distribute to mass consumers, will find many excuses and justifications to adulterate and over process this same farmer’s product in the interest of profit. Big corporations, and their destructive products, need to be removed from the daily lives of the average community.
Most of what is consumed by the idiotic humans on this planet is nothing short of terrifying as far as I am concerned. Even as a kid, I always thought eating ice cream and cheese and crap like that was like a license to kill. I was always amazed that we actually are allowed and even encouraged to eat these kinds of ridiculous food. But then I have always been quite amazed at the many perverse and incredulously irreverent things the hubris beasts inhabiting this planet allow themselves to do. I certainly do not feel I am anything even remotely akin to the various human life forms I have come in to contact with on this Earth.
